Love the variety of classes, all super friendly, inclusive and tailored to suit all ages and abilities, combining fitness and fun whilst working out in a great atmosphere.
With a real sense of belonging and community feeling, workouts are always encouraging, varied, motivating, great fun, and challenging. With Vicki, Lisa and everyone encouraging and motivating each other during workouts you always leave feeling energised and well supported for future sessions.
The classes have had a positive impact on my confidence, my overall fitness has greatly improved, I feel stronger, much so in my upper body strength. I'm feeling more toned and my energy levels have definitely increased.
Vicki and Lisa's passion for fitness brings the very best out of everyone so that you can build on your own progress with confidence. Their care and commitment supports everyone to challenge in reaching and maintaining their fitness goals.

Vicki and Lisa make all sessions enjoyable, challenging and rewarding. Each session is different and the group size means you get quality time from Vicki or Lisa correcting any bad form and pointing out areas for improvement. Thoroughly recommend to anyone needing any fitness motivation!!

I joined Vicki's classes back in July, I had put on 2.5 stone in weight and had just recently been diagnosed with PCOS after trying to conceive for 18 months.
I was feeling very low and reached out to Vicki who has been so understanding and supportive, I have been attending 2 classes weekly and done a 6 week food coaching programme with Vicki and have been amazed at the results! The best one of all is I am now ovulating again ( I track this monthly and hadn't had any sign of ovulation for well over a year!) Not only has Hall Health and Fitness improved my physical fitness, it has massively improved my confidence. Vicki is a great instructor ensuring you’re getting the most of every session. Coming out of lockdown my goal is to be fitter, stronger and more toned, the idea of local community classes really appealed to me as I wasn’t enjoying online classes as much. When I saw Vicki’s classes advertised I thought I would give it a go and I can honestly say I have loved each and every class- you can work at your own pace but Vicki will push you to challenge yourself and this is exactly what I needed and wanted.
It has had a positive effect both physically and mentally- I look forward to each class with a great group of people and fab music too. I love the passion that Vicki has for fitness and healthy living- it is more than just a fitness class.
In terms of results, my measurements have decreased and the weights I have been using have increased so this in itself is a motivator and proof that I am on target.

So for health reasons I haven't done any fitness for 2 months. However i just started Vicki's classes and what can i say! She is a great instructor and really motivating. She didn't make me feel inadequate when i was unable to complete all the movements. Instead, she encouraged and supported me and gave me various alternatives to ensure i was still getting a good workout. She is so knowledgeable and i felt really welcomed. I cant wait to get back to her class. I 100% recommend these classes! Book on, give it a try, you wont regret it. Thank you Vicki x

We regularly go to Vicki's family friendly class on a monday night. The everyone is super friendly and welcoming and Vicki is so supportive a knowledgeable. The kids look forward to every week, its lovely to have something active to do all together. Would absolutely recommend

Amazing! After one workout with Vicki became completely hooked on getting in shape. Great motivator, inspirational and just all round brilliant. Set me up with a diet plan and workouts to do in my free time and is always available for advice!! A must use!
