Nadine has been absolutely fantastic. Before starting with her i was unmotivated, lost and just didn’t feel myself. I have trained with her consistently 3 times a week for the last 12 weeks and it has been the best decision I have ever made. She’s helped me with my fitness, nutrition and taught me tools to have a well balanced lifestyle that still allows me to have the things I enjoy. I cannot recommend her enough and would/ do recommend her to anyone who’s interested in changing their lifestyle habits.

I've been doing the 10 session program! Best move I made. Nadine is friendly and so knowledgeable. No matter what time I message she always replies and has my back. If you feel worried then she is the trainer for you...will make you feel like you've known her for years!

I have attended Nadine’s circuit class since they first started over a year ago and no session is ever the same. It’s so fun it never feels like a work out although my body tells me the next day 😀😂💪🏼
I decided I wanted to do more and booked a one on one session with Nadine from the beginning of March which has continued on a weekly basis. Nadine has helped me completely change my outlook on food, the scales and exercise. Her app is great which keeps you on track and she’s always at the end of phone if I need any support or questions. I have now lost over 4 kilos but more importantly my body shape is changing and I'm on track to achieve my goals.. but also to maintain them, I even managed to get into a dress that has been in my wardrobe for three years!
Any one sitting on the fence.. honestly this lady will help you get there.. I have sat on that fence for such a long time and it’s uncomfortable.. I now have clothes in my wardrobe that fit and I can’t thank you enough.
