Marcin is an excellent personal trainer. His clear and no-fuss approach has helped me go from never setting foot in a gym to wanting to go and workout! He gives you the knowledge to be able to workout by yourself but his sessions are so fun and challenging that you'll want to keep training with him!! I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get stronger and fitter, regardless of prior gym experience (and also for anyone who is a regular gym goer and wants to improve their technique). He has a flexible and realistic approach which has helped my mentality when it comes to working out and he has shown me that it is possible to get stronger

Marcin is a great PT! I would encourage anyone, at any experience level to train with him. He will help you with training as well as advise on diet and eating habits. I’ve been training with Marcin remotely for the last 5 months, and I’m so happy with the progress that I’ve made. I’m a person who prefers to train alone at home, but initially I was worried about having a trainer ‘online’ as I wasn’t sure it would work. I needn’t have worried, the support and knowledge that I’ve gained from Marcin working through his app has been incredible and I know that I can ask questions or get help just as easily as in person in the gym. I feel so much more confident in my training, and he pushes me just exactly the right amount to keep me motivated and challenged. Really recommend training with Marcin if you want to build confidence and learn from someone who actually knows what they're talking about! His advice about nutrition and actually applying it to real life situations has helped me enormously. I've also never felt stronger and more in control of exercise and eating habits! I have been training with Marcin from past 8 months. It has been a wonderful journey for me:). I had never been to gym before and I was nervous. But Marcin filled me with confidence from the first session and motivated me in every step. He focuses on proper form and techniques. Marcin is a fantastic PT: incredibly knowledgeable and motivating, but also a great listener and highly considerate of your needs. I have trained with Marcin for the last three years (maybe more!) and I can say with all honesty that it is by far the best PT experience I've ever had. In fact he his the only PT I have ever trained with long term.
If you are prepared to take responsibility for yourself then there is no way you won't get result with Marcin. He teaches you the whys and the whats, I am full of confidence walking in to any gym because I feel strong, well practised and have the correct knowledge. On our first session he told us that his goal is to train us so we don't need him so I suppose we must just go for fun now!
