Top gym and people! Wayne is an excellent coach and the atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxed except for when you are pushing your own limits and by training hard! Some top fighters here and plenty of equipment. Been training since Nov 2018 and have got fitter and stronger!

Great experience! Really good group of people to train with! I would advise anyone to come and try it out. Muay Thai, wrestling, jiu jitsu, MMA. There is something for everyone.
