I’ve been going to Islay is a few years now. She is patient, mindful of any injuries or pain you’re feeling and tailors your workout to that while still pushing you. She has everything you need in her gym for a good workout.

Where to start! This woman has changed my life! I have gone from looking for every excuse not to train or keeping fit to now planning my whole week to make sure I don’t miss one session!
I’ve Learnt that it’s not all about just lifting heavy weights, it’s technique, breathing, using and feeling every muscle to make sure you are using them correctly and efficiently.
There’s nothing better when you have had a long hard day at work and then train with Islay. She will adapt any session to how your feeling that day. I have never looked better, been fitter, stronger or mentally better.

I have been training with Islay for 5 years now and can honestly say she has changed my life!
Originally I wanted to "tone up" and lose some body fat. I thought I had to eat as little as possible and wanted to be "skinny". Islay changed my mindset completely and taught me how to fuel my body for my training. I started learning Olympic lifting with Islay after training with her for a few months and loved it straight away. She then showed me what CrossFit was and I have never looked back. I now train and eat like an athlete, I am the strongest and fittest I have ever been and I absolutely love food. I am now training to improve my athletic performance, rather than for aesthetics. I am so impressed with what my body can achieve and am beyond happy in my own skin!
Islay's knowledge and passion for what she does shows in every session and is the reason that people keep coming back for more. She cares so much about each induvial, their fitness journey and what they want to get out of training. I could not recommend her enough! x
