I have been working with Kyle since the start of 2022 and, so far have lost 12.5kg (about two stone!)
For 10+ years I have been going to the gym and not really making any progress or following any particular plan, and I've never really made progress.
I got sick of struggling through hiit classes and gym sessions, my clothes feeling uncomfortable and generally being unhappy physically so decided to contact Kyle as I'd seen him and some of his clients working at Fengate gym.
After an initial chat and a discussion regarding what I would like to achieve Kyle got me working on a plan including nutritional guidance, workouts via an app and chats both in-person and over the phone.
He's not 'just' a PT he understands human behaviour and habits and can help you create better habits outside of the gym and will create a plan that will fit around your commitments.
I am now in the second phase of work with Kyle and seeing my weight drop consistently and I'm looking forward to continuing my progress
I cannot recommend Kyle highly enough, if you are like I was and want to make permanent, long term changes to your health and fitness please do get in touch with him.

I have been working with Kyle since February and can honestly say he has completely helped me change my mindset around fitness and weight loss. My journey has been truly affirming and alongside losing weight and dropping 3 dress sizes, other factors have made this a truly worthwhile experience. As a mental health professional, I know how important exercise is to help mental wellness and my focus on fitness has been a huge boost to my usual positive mind set. My mental health, skin, hair and fitness levels have all changed for the better and in turn this has been a massive boost to my confidence.
I know that without my own commitment this would not have happened but without Kyles energy, support and holistic approach I would definitely have reverted back to the usual, lost a few pounds and then returned to normal unhealthy habits. I know this programme is something I will continue to follow and I am now on the 2nd phase of my journey and looking forward to pushing myself even further. The programme is simple to follow but effective. It is all on-line, with regular check in's with Kyle. Do not worry if like me your are a bit gym adverse, I do everything from home and he will work with whatever kit you have. There is also a good level of accountability which is one thing I really needed.
Kyle is not going to do it for you, but puts in place a tangible programme that will keep you on your toes. If you are looking for a holistic, all round, realistic approach to weight loss and fitness, with a fun, committed and determined coach, I couldn't recommend him highly enough. I couldn’t recommended Kyle enough!
I had been so unhappy with my weight and body for as long as I could remember. Within my first call with Kyle I was excited and motivated to get started. Since then, I have been working with him for just over 3 months. The changes in my body have given me confidence and made me happier in myself. I have really taken to this journey as not a diet but a real lifestyle change that has been enjoyable and much easier than anything I have ever done before.
I’m so pleased with the support from Kyle, with weekly check ins whilst also knowing I can text him whenever with any questions or worries too.
I have worked with 4 PT in the past and none of them have explained why I am doing what I am doing or helped me reach my goal. Kyle has. I feel more confident going to the gym and knowing how to use the equipment too.
I strongly recommend working with Kyle to anyone who feels unhappy with their body/weight or, just wanting to get yourself in good health.

Kyle changed my life, I wasn’t going anywhere fast and Kyle was there 24/7 and always pushed and motivated me. He doesn’t put you on some strict diet with no fun.. he makes it challenging yet entertaining and I have fully enjoyed the ride. I can honestly say it took a lot for me to contact him but he’s changed my outlook on things a lot and kept me on a positive track. He will keep communicating with you and bases the workouts around you to help with reaching your goal. So 2020 has been a tough year for everyone, so after months of working from home and over eating I decided I needed a PT to get in shape. Kyle had been recommended to me, so with much trepidation and being at my heaviest and most unfit I got in contact and started the programme. After 12 weeks I’ve lost 2 stone and dropped 2 dress sizes. I can hand on heart say I would never have achieved this without his constant support. Kyle is super friendly, really knowledgeable and a bundle of energy, he keeps me accountable and on track and has taught me so much. I really can’t recommend Kyle enough. I was feeling insecure and unhappy about the way I looked because of my weight. I was working out at the gym but wasn't feeling the benefits myself! My girlfriend told me about Kyle and that he was a personal trainer so I looked at his page and got in contact with him. He's a really friendly person who has helped me so much through my journey and helped me to keep on track with some great exercises. I cannot recommend this lad enough and thank him enough for all the hard but rewarding work he's put me through!

I started with Kyle a month ago, roughly a month into the lockdown. While I was coping ok, snacking and constantly working from home was starting to have their effects.
I wasn’t sure how it would work online and whether due to lack of kit I would actually benefit. It’s fair to say I have. Kyle has provided a clear structure of workouts for my week and has adapted things to suit my situation. The nutrition advice he’s provided has also been invaluable.
He always makes himself available and is willing to share advice and answer questions. He’s also consistently held me to account and often provides challenges to increase interest and motivation.
After a month I’ve lost half a stone and am starting to show signs of toning up and am feeling stronger.
The program has brought a real structure and routine to my days and the online version has allowed it to work around my own personal circumstances due to Covid 19. I’m now into month 2 and looking forward to more progress!

I've just finshed 12 weeks of hard work with Kyle. Coming out of lockdown like many with a new focus on my health and wanting to do something about it. Kyle told me to trust the process and stay consistent. The results speak for themselves over 12kg down and in the best shape I've ever been in. I can't recommend him enough his passion and knowledge is second to none and he checks in regularly to keeps you accountable. He makes training interesting and is more motivated to get you results than you are sometimes. Helping you make good habits is something I've really appreciated and will continue to do.

Don’t be fooled by Kyle’s cheeky smile! He has a masters degree which he won’t brag about but that ensures he knows his stuff not just on fitness but nutrition too. He pushes you when you need it but always takes into count any injuries or weakness you may have. He is very professional when needed and puts his clients needs first.
Since COVID19, instead of sitting back because the gym is closed, he has worked really hard to put together multiple daily ‘live’ workout sessions online. Also personal coaching, nutrition guides and fitness challenges to keep everyone motivated. He offers 24/7 help and encouragement and I would recommend him to anyone striving to lose weight, keep fit or build muscle.

In October 2019 I decided enough was enough and I needed to do something about my weight.
At my largest I was over 15 1/2 stone 36" waist.
With the programme Kyle O'sullivan set me on, diet plan and fitness programme the weight soon dropped off.
In Jan 2020, unfortunately I let things slip, and stopped the workouts and diet plan.
