I'd wanted to try working with a personal trainer for *years* but never taken the jump to actually do it until now. A few sessions in with Ricky, he's awesome and really knows how to put you at ease when you're unfamiliar with equipment etc! I'm already more confident in the gym, using equipment I never would have gone on myself, and pushing myself more than I would if I was at the gym independently. If you're on the fence, do it, SO worth it – would recommend to anyone!

Only had a few sessions with Ricky but already learnt so much and a lot more than I thought would be possible. Ricky is so knowledgable and is fantastic at passing this on and making you at ease while pushing you at the same time. And to top it all off not only is he a great personal trainer, but he is also a top top bloke and a thoroughly nice all round person who genuinely cares about his clients and his work. His passion and enthusiasm are just so infectious and he has made going to the gym so much more fun - and useful! Couldn’t recommend more.

Ricky at Ricky callow coaching is such an inspiration to me and he has helped me to get back into doing what I love the most and enjoy the gym. Having Ricky as a PT was a big step because I thought I know what I was doing in the gym. Clearly I was wrong and needed helps in some areas and he has helped massively! Have worked with Ricky for around 6 months. I came in very cautious as I had a couple of injuries to work around. Ricky is extremely knowledgeable, interesting and fun to work with and we gradually built up my programs from easy to moderate to harder stuff to take account of desire to start slow and progress methodically. My body is now looking great and I always enjoy our sessions; both the challenges and variety as well as the knowledge and chats. Excellent work! Thank you.
