Paul has been a very supportive coach. Always happy to supply his knowledge and most importantly time. I went through a 16 week prep along side Paul and the progression was fantastic. This is essential for me as I compete. For those who would like to achieve all sorts of fitness goals I would highly recommend Paul. It’s important to have accountability. Especially to those who take there fitness goals/competitions seriously. Big thanks to Paul!

I've been working closely with Paul during my off season, Paul is a fountain of knowledge and always responds quickly if I have any questions. I'm the heaviest I've been in a long time and in better condition. I love the training programmes, Paul is excellent at analysing checkin photos and adjustments training if and when needed. Paul uses a mobile app to track measurements, training programmes, food, pdf documents - which I love I get to them gym I have everything I need to hand. Working with Paul has got me heading in the right direction hands down a great coach.

Only been working with Paul for around 3 months but in that time the progress has been spot on. Paul has a no nonsense approach, no gimmicks, no fantasies, no fad diets or false promises. He works around you and understands your lifestyle so he can create a plan that will not only work but fits in with you and your constraints. This makes it far less likely for anyone to fail or think its only short term and will be over soon. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul as your coach. If you want to reach your goals, believe in the process and get Team Pscarb on your side.

Been working with Paul for about 8 months now as i needed more guidance and direction towards my overall goals. His approach makes what you are doing so logical and explains things in a very simple format which makes you learn as you go along with the process. I’ve known Paul as a friend for over 10 years, so I already knew his level of knowledge was outstanding, but this was my first time I’ve used his services as a coach. Paul has a professional set up with an easy to use (and I’m not a tech person at all) website portal for his clients. His style of coaching suited me perfectly, and he was always there to answer my questions and offer reassurance as necessary. Paul guided me into a photoshoot, I got leaner whilst and put on muscle at the same time! Needless to say, I am extremely happy with the end result ! Paul has been my coach since January this year. I’d never had this kind of help with nutrition and training before an I honestly can’t believe the difference it’s made. Paul has provided in depth nutrition advice - but never has it felt like a diet. The meals on his plan are some of the tastiest I’ve ever eaten! The workouts are completely tailor made too. Paul is very understanding that not everyone can do certain exercises and the alternatives he provides are absolutely brilliant. I can’t recommend him highly enough - it’s so much more than a diet and training plan. He’s given me so much advice and help on so many different issues and it’s invaluable. He understands we’re not all fitness robots and problems will occur - luckily, he always has the solution!

Paul is always available and responds very quickly. His knowledge is vast and he shares this with his clients. He tracks what I do on a daily/weekly basis and feedbacks regularly. He tweaks my regime as and when is required in conjunction with my tracking and photos. If a truly personal service is required Paul is the man to go.
