Having not done any exercise for 3 years with having a child and doing a house renovation i took part in the 8 week challenge. Very happy with the results, 1 stone off and back playing football. Great support from Andrew and the people taking part. Take the leap of faith because you will not regret it

I would highly recommend Fit forward to anybody looking for a fun way to tone up or loose weight. Andrew gives you advice suited to you as an individual and great nutrition advice. I did “Fit Mums” classes and was definitely fun for exercise classes they are definitely worth doing! Andrew is supportive and pushes you to your own ability which is great!

Highly recommend Fit Forward…
My experience of big commercial gyms in both the UK and overseas have not been great resulting in many wasted memberships stuck on long contracts.
On return to the UK I looked around all the gyms in the area but I was highly recommended Fit Forward to support both weight loss and also start from the beginning with strengthening and getting in shape. The regular, well structured sessions are great and each time I leave the gym I know I have been pushed to improve myself and learnt a great deal.
Fit Forward provides a small group led by a very knowledgeable PT in Andy. The guys in the group vary in experience but this provides a great deal of support and motivation. The team environment makes the tougher sessions more enjoyable and we all push each other to reach our individual targets.
I can already see the rewards in the two months I have been attending. Due to this I am planning long term goals with Andy and in this for the long term.
The gym is very well set up with a large choice of weights and equipment. I am now no longer just going through the motions as I did in previous gyms with PT’s directing long tedious nights on the treadmill or cross-trainer with very little reward. These have now been replaced with well structured weight sessions and more modern cardio equipment and most importantly….. improvements….!!

After joining Fit Forward, I will never go back to a commercial gym again.
From the very first class, I was made to feel comfortable and not to be ashamed of my poor fitness and lockdown body!
I joined the Fitmums group and the girls are supportive and friendly, not Mean Girls like I was worried they'd be when I was thinking of joining! It's like a family feel atmosphere between all the groups and not a daunting environment whatsoever.
Andrew provides well structured classes in a small group setting, it's like having your own personal trainer but at a fraction of the price. He gives great advice, encouragement and support and as a result I've lost weight and can see my strength and fitness improving week by week.
Thank you Fitforward for helping me become a healthier and more confident me.

After finding out about the Fit Forward Fit Mums programme I was really interested but not being a gym member myself as the thought of a gym frightens the hell out of me I thought I would enquire and find out more. Best thing I ever did! It's just such a normal, down to earth, no pressure environment where everyone supports one another. None of this eating salad 24hrs a day, just about having a normal lifestyle, eating healthy and training 3/4 times a week. The groups are not really big numbers so always feel I get the support required. Will recommend to any mum wanting to lose a bit of weight or just improve your fitness with no pressure and great people. I have now signed up forever!! Thanks Fit Forward 😊

I had such a good time training with the fitmums and Andrew. I felt welcomed from day one. Each class I did was different from the one before, which really helped to motivate me, as I hate doing repetitive things. Andrew really knows his stuff he is not just a good trainer but he is friend too and this really comes across when in his class. Can’t recommend Andrew Naylor and Fit Forward enough, I started 2 years ago and could barely lift my arm after a shoulder injury, Andrew took time and adjusted my workouts to help build strength back in and around my shoulder, if you are looking to improve strength/fitness would definitely recommend..
