I trained with Phil for over a year.
We did a lot of mobility exercises as I suffer with back issues. The exercises have been very helpful and have helped me with playing golf. I found Phil very encouraging and professional. We worked together in increasing my fitness and weight training. He encouraged me to attain and reach new fitness goals. A great teacher and motivator. Highly recommended

I definitely have more strength in my body and flexibility in my movement than I had at the start of my training which has helped me in my day to day life big time. My body shape has also improved added bonus. Clothes feel better.
In each session he keeps a record of what we have done/what I've achieved. Enabling us to go back and see what I can do now Vs at the beginning. Great way of showing improvement.
I like the fact there is variety in each session. Certainly don't get bored doing the same thing each week.
Phil has also enabled me to feel confident in doing a number of the exercises/ routines on my own at home or in the gym. In fact he has been very pro active in doing this so I maximize he's coaching and the benefits from his teaching.
Being able to opt to train at the gym if I wish has been great for me,as regardless of the weather especially in the winter I can keep the momentum going.

I really enjoy training with Phil, he takes time to understand your fitness goals and then he builds an interesting and challenging programme to help achieve your goals. Each session is varied and challenging and Phil has a great sense of humour that helps make the sessions more enjoyable.
I lost over 10kg and improved my flexibility significantly as well as help improve my balance and strength.
