After a holiday in Vietnam, I decided it was time for a new me and the only way I was going to do exercise and get in shape was if someone made me do it! This is when I found Scott on a google search. He brings a huge amount of energy and is great at motivating me . He always turns up smiling even at 7 am. He is equipped with a multitude of skill sets, including Yoga and Pilates, as well as Boxing , and nutrition advice, so there is never a dull moment! I have been training with Scott for 7 month now and will continue to do so as he helps me maintain my focus and he makes me laugh a lot!

I have been training with Scott now for 6 months. Even at 6am I am actually looking forwards to the sessions as i never know what he is going to throw at me. Variety keeps me engaged, while the mixed work outs, HIT, boxing, isolation, combined body movement have helped me see a noticeable difference in body shape and strength. When it starts to get easy he mixes it up again. I'd highly recommend Scott if you are looking for someone to motivate you and add variety to your training.

I consider myself a bit of a flakey exerciser... Always have the best intentions starting out but I’ve paid for countless gym memberships & wasted money by not using them! I recently decided to invest in myself & start living a healthier lifestyle by eating better & starting PT Sessions with Scott @ Be your level 10 Fitness and Nutrition. I’ve felt comfortable from Day 1 & in a period of only 6 weeks can not only notice my body beginning to change shape but more importantly, I’m definitely changing my mindset & becoming more conscious about how to fuel my body. I joined up with Scott 9 weeks ago, we discussed what I wanted to achieve in weight loss and toning up. And building up my body strength. Scott gave invaluable advice on diet and nutrition. l have tried nearly every diet going over the years and have always failed.
Scott got me using herbalife products and with the training session we do twice a week I now feel completely different, with both the training and nutrition plan I am a changed man. l don't suffer from the aches and pains any more and I have much more confidence.

Scott has years of experience and it shows. He helped me get fit enough to pass a fitness test within a short time (1 month). Very knowledgable and helps you remember how to enjoy exercise. He works hard to keep you motivated which is essential when you hit those mental and physical barriers. Lots of advice given and support with all aspects related to achieving your end goal whatever that may be. Best decision I made regarding my situation and well worth the money.

I’m a middle aged father of 4, and to be honest hadn’t done any exercise since, well I actually couldn’t remember, a long time ago anyway. Scott cunningly tricked me into thinking that I was doing some light personal training to lose a bit weight (so I could have a few glasses of wine of an evening without adding to my love handles ) Six months later, I have been brainwashed and now train 3 times a week! I can’t drink that much anymore and my diet is better. Gone is the Friday night Chinese takeaway and a few pints whilst I wait. So Yes, I’m a new man. Feeling good about myself. Work is less stressful and coping well with 4 kids, a huge dog and wife that now fancies me again, which is all positive I suppose. Scott is very clever and a real laugh to train with. He’s good teacher, so watch out, as it’s hard to stop once your under his influence. Genuine! ( Welsh for a top man)
