As a begginer who didn’t like movement or understood how postures work, I have struggled to get any form of movement in my life. However, Monica has drastically impacted my abilities and my thought process .
She teaches you everything in depth! No question is a silly question for her, she will answer every question you have, in as much detail as she can.
I still remember Monica using different exercises, equipments and techniques to ensure I learnt how to do a squat properly. 😅
