Jade @ Onetenlife has a vast amount of knowledge, experience and professionalism which has helped me reach my own personal fitness goals. She is innovative in her workouts, which are science based, and is always keeping me engaged and focused. I have had many personal trainers over the past 4 years, which have been good but repetitive. Onetenlife has definitely pushed me out of my comfort zones, whilst keeping me motivated and challenged-helping me reach new fitness levels I didn’t know I could! I feel better in myself, mentally and physically!
Jade from OneTen Life is a profesional, knowledgeable and patient coach. A role model of athleticism herself that will not only help you get the fitness results you want but inspire you to turn them into a long-term lifestyle of health and well being! Jade is an amazing PT who has helped me reach and achieve my goals! The support and motivation I was given was incredible and one that was definitely needed after a long days work. Jade delivered a friendly, professional and fantastically beneficial program for my 14 year old daughter, Fran (at the time, an aspiring and progressing amateur who is also playing with a couple of professional clubs through academy memberships). With lockdown 1.0 in full swing training and match fitness were limited, we found Jade and scheduled some sessions. Jade focused on strength and conditioning, and performance skills throughout the summer. Come September, and briefly we were all back to some football, Fran was sharp, fit and strong, the difference to the boys and girls she played against was really visible. At the Xmas break she was first choice centre back for the boys U15 grass roots team she plays for (the only girl in the squad). Also playing centre midfield, she is holding top scorer, season to date, for the girls team she also plays for, and is in the Oxford United U16 Ladies Shadow squad after selection. Will definitely be coming back for some training and conditioning as soon as allowed. Thank you Jade.
I highly recommend Jade at One Ten Life, she has built a training program around an existing injury to allow me to continue training with a focus on strength for rehab. Sessions are the right mix of strength and cardio and no 2 sessions are the same
Jade formulated a tailored excercise programe for me to improve my overall strength and flexibility. As my fitness improves, she modifies the routines to keep the excercises interesting and challenging.
OneTen Life is a very professional company who provide unique, individualised programmes to fit my needs. They provide great communication online and face-to-face. I have always received the highest quality training and would highly recommend to anyone👍🏼
Can not recommend One Ten highly enough. Doesn't matter if you just want to lose some weight or get fitter for a personal goal or if you're maintaining & improving your fitness for a particular sport then you're in the right place.
I have been doing this weight training programme since Sept & have noticed a considerable difference. I feel much stronger
& more energised.
