I've tried a lot of personal trainers, but Ryan is on another level. I thought I was going to be overweight for life and the old excuse of that I'm old and my metabolism is just too slow. What I liked about Ryan was his enthusiasm and his knowledge in both training techniques and diet. He is dedicated and uses measurements to keep track of your progress. With him I lost a total of over 20 kilos (over 3 stone). My waistline went from 114cm (45 inches) to 88.7 cm (35 inches). It has made a tremendous impact on my life. I no longer have back pain, I feel more confident, and just feel so much healthier. So a big thank you to Ryan, I can't recommend him enough.

my names Barb Jandu... In 2014 having gained shed loads over the years, I made a decision enough was enough and .. to shift it...I lost half a stone and then I plateaued. Feeling really frustrated that I was stuck with some serious body fat that I could see every day and just plugging and plugging away but still not change from the half a stone. A few weeks on and I knew I couldn't do this alone without putting that weight back on. Reached out to Ryan and... he put me straight. My diet needed major tweaking... and after a few hip cups and not really loosing weight to begin with... I started to listen ... to eat clean and work out. Jogging which I had already started alone, and then Ryan got me using weights to tone my body and build muscle from the fat I had in my body. 3 years on and the 3 stone is still off! Ryan knows his stuff, and if you listen to him, and work at it .... your body will change... respect your body and your health and respect Ryan too. Ryan taught me heaps and I am always grateful for that. Thank you Ryan... you rock.
