Laura is awesome. Really cares about you and the goals you have. Her knowledge is extensive and her advice is 2nd to none. For fitness and nutrition. During training sessions, she observes you and adjusts what you’re doing to ensure maximum effect. I feel stronger than I’ve ever been, my shape is changing for the better and I feel great. It’s a bonus that Laura is fun to be around too.

I have just finished my 6 weeks package with Laura. Due to circumstances I am unable to continue otherwise I would. I have done the gym memberships and tried different exercises but I decided to do something different and I’m glad that I did! It was nice to be able to do it in the comfort of my own garden. I felt stronger each week, Laura was so lovely. Absolutely no judgment there, we were able to have a laugh and a joke in sessions too. I suffer from back and joint issues but I felt confident with her and the exercises she chose to worked around my capabilities. If anything didn’t feel right we would stop or she would adapt it to make it easier. I highly recommend Laura. She was always punctual and if she was running late she would message ahead. She genuinely cares about her clients and likes to push for you to get the most out of it. I have defiantly seen a difference and feel more toned!

I had heard great things about Laura’s Hiit Steps class through some of the members at Buzz Gym Reading. Unfortunately I was unable to make the classes, and heard that she offered an online class.
I have really enjoyed the online class with Laura, she is well prepared and thoroughly explains the moves to ensure that everyone is confident with the class so that they can get the best out of it.
Due to the pandemic, childcare and new puppy issues I was unable to make the classes at the scheduled time, Laura has been able to record the class and send it through weekly which has been a massive help.
Laura gives 110% in her classes and I have been really impressed with her dedication as well as her weekly communication.

Let me tell you my experience
Hated sport, never been able to train consistently, was hating even the idea of doing weight training and resistance
Well Laura, changed all my perspective!!!
She pushes you to your maximum without making you hurt yourself
She makes you believe in yourself in a way, I was so surprised when I was able to lift 20 kg in moments I thought I cant do more than 10kg
My body is stronger, more toned, metabolism is on fire!
I cant recommend her enough and I guess I am getting addicted to sports!!!
