I’ve been looking to re start my fitness for a while - a daunting thought, and where to start.
I got in touch with Mike and instantly felt like my goal could be achieved.
Since then we have done superb sessions and workouts - Mike has tailored a diet plan and training schedule for me which is superb.
I used to feel lethargic and tired at the end of the day - now after a few months of sessions I feel like brand new - can’t wait until the next session
We do monthly progress images and measurements - and it’s really impressive to see all the work paying off.

I have been with Mike since the beginning. I have a long history in sports of all kinds including competing internationally for my country but sometimes you lose the edge and desire to push yourself. This is where Mike comes in to his own. Great motivator and makes you want to achieve your goals. Sets demanding but achievable targets. Once you start hitting your targets success breeds success, when you start slipping Mike is there to motivate and get you back on track. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to make an improvement in their fitness or if you want to simply make a lifestyle change for the better.

Training with Mike has kept me sane throughout lockdown. He's always changing things up to keep it fresh. He's helped me recover from a longterm back problem which has plagued me for years but which has now gone away completely. He has a good manner with his clients - he's not at all intimidating or judgemental. I intended to have a couple of sessions with Mike just to get me back on track but I love the sessions and how good I feel these days.

He was clear on expectations in diet and exercise and firm without being the shouty trainer I was fearing.
He was always on time and never cancelled.
