I have been training with Lee for two years, and I believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. I would never have achieved the level of fitness I have now if it wasn't for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Professional and knows his stuff. Turned to Lee when wanted help losing fat. Is at present Army based. So the knowledge,discipline is there. Hes helped me to get on stage and place top 3. I'm in my late 50s and if I can you can with Lee's guidance and solid goal oriented.

Great bootcamp. Lee brings something new to every session. Its a great hour shared with likeminded people, we have so much fun it almost doesnt feel like exercise (almost) lol. Lee certaintly knows his stuff and keeps you motivated to do the very best you can.
