Thanks to Jodie I have found my love for fitness again after many years of a love hate/ on off relationship with it! Her group sessions are always so varied & challenging with no one session ever the same, but most importantly she creates a super fun, inclusive atmosphere! I love that Jodie always really concentrates on making sure your form is correct with each exercise & takes the time to explain the benefits. Would recommend Jodie to anyone!

Best PT in Swindon without a doubt! Never a dull session and different exercises/set up every time. Each session pushes you but they’re full of laughs too - never felt so comfortable and excited about training! Would absolutely recommend joining the Phoenix family, whether you already go regularly or have never been to a gym before - Jode and everyone who trains there are so supportive and friendly!

What incredible support, fun and damn tough workouts Jodie gives us week in week out!! she's always there to motivate everyone, and share in the achievements.....although disappears when there are Burpees....!

I started training with Jodie in June when she was able to run outside boot camps. Once the studio was open again I joined as a member and have been going to sessions with her 4-5 times a week and absolutely loving it! This is the first time I have ever consistently exercised and my fitness is the best it has ever been at 30 years old. I feel so much more confident about the way I look. The best thing is not stressing about buying jeans. Jodie is so fun to train with. I love her positive energy. She is a great advocate for a balanced lifestyle and enjoying yourself. The sessions are varied and Jodie is always teaching me new moves. Because the classes are small she is able to make sure everyone has the correct form which is something I was keen to work on. Jodie pushes me to my full potential in a supportive way. The whole vibe at Phoenix Fitness is welcoming and not intimidating at all! I really can’t recommend Jodie enough. I am so happy I made the decision to start training with her.

Having tried every class Jodie has to offer I can honestly say there wasn’t one I didn’t enjoy! There is such a brilliant variety & although you may choose to do the same class each week I can guarantee that you will not be doing the same activities in it. Phoenix Fitness is a safe & happy environment to achieve your fitness goals, Jodie is an amazing supportive PT - I’m hooked!!!

I first started training with Jodie at the beginning of this year and since then, I have noticed a huge difference in my strength, fitness and confidence working with different weights.
Each session is always packed with something different and there is always a lot of variety! If you don’t feel comfortable with certain weights or equipment, Jodie will always find something that will suit you and that you can build on gradually.
I would definitely recommend Jodie as a PT as she is always super encouraging and motivating. Everyone that you train with also make you feel really comfortable and welcomed!

Absolutely love training with Jodie and the other gals. I have been training with Jodie for about a month and I’m kicking myself I didn’t do this earlier. I have always struggled to get into a routine or exercise more than once or twice a week but with Jodie, I’m going 5 to 6 times a week which I never thought I would actually want to do. Jodie is awesome, she keeps things fun and high energy making sure we work hard but walk away smiling and feeling good. I really enjoy the variety of the sessions and we all encourage and support each other which is another positive for me.
