Carly is a fantastic PT, she tailors each session to her clients' goals adding progression within a fun, motivating environment and in her exclusive private studio. I have become stronger and fitter than I have ever been and she gives you the confidence to keep believing in your capabilities. Her outlook and approach to fitness is refreshing and inspiring. I have been going to Carly since July and I have absolutely loved every session. Carly tailors the workout each time and celebrates every PB and milestone along the way. Carly is a superstar! I have been training with her for a year now and started just one year post open heart surgery. My friend and I (women late 50s and early 60s) have been going to Carly for a few months now. Neither of us had used a PT before but we wanted to work on our general strength, balance and stamina and neither of us fancied going to the gym. She is unfailingly positive and supportive and has managed to push us to achieve a little more each visit. Carly is professional, knowledgeable and personable! She really helped me to do hard things that I didn't know I was capable of. The environment that she creates in her studio with the music, the carefully planned workout and her encouragement allowed me to feel great too. We track my progress every week and I have gained so much strength. She has the ability to push you to be your best whilst also respecting your limits.

Carly is brilliant. If you are looking for a PT who makes you feel at ease, who is is incredibly personable, and whose aim it is to simply make you feel stronger while having fun then Carly is your gal! We have such a giggle each week and I always leave feeling that little bit more invincible. Cheesy but true 😀 Carly is amazing at tailoring each session and the hour always goes so quickly. It is so apparent that this is her passion, she is genuinely just an awesome individual with a great approach towards fitness. The only downside is that I will never win the Diet Coke v Coke Zero debate but hey nobody is perfect 😄

I gained so much from personal training with Carly. I really never thought that I would enjoy lifting weights but somehow Carly made it fun, helped to keep me motivated and achieve goals I wouldn’t have thought were possible prior to working with her.
Carly’s compassionate, warm and focussed approach really helped me to stay on track and make consistent progress. I got physically stronger but also have developed more self compassion from our sessions and will miss them so much! I think that Carly’s balanced approach will help me to continue with the positive changes I have made well beyond our sessions and in that sense they have been an invaluable long term investment too.
