Danica is a fantastic personal trainer who combines that rare quality of being both a completely lovely human being and a true professional. I had never worked with a personal trainer before and was not sure what to expect but over the past 2 years Danica has completely exceeded my expectations and I have transformed both my mental and physical health. Danica instinctively understands your needs and has an incredible breadth of knowledge in many areas such as yoga, breath work and nutrition. Each session is kept fun, interesting and different and I always look forward to training with her. If you don’t believe you can do something Danica will definitely make you believe that YOU CAN DO IT and you will totally surprise yourself! I feel very lucky to have her in my life and can highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

I have been training with Danica for approximately 1.5yrs and words cannot explain how fantastic she is as a personal trainer! She is knowledgable, motivational and no work out is the same. The one thing which stood out for me was that she is constantly looking at form and making sure you are engaging the right muscles to get the most out of your workout (something which was never pointed out to me by previous personal trainers and I never appreciated how important it was until i started training with Danica). As a result of training with Danica and changing my diet plan (also tailored by Danica), i am the most fittest and strongest I have ever been in my life. If you want a personal trainer and results, i would 100% recommend Danica.

I have only been training with Danica for a month and I can feel the difference already! Right from the start I felt completely comfortable and felt like we had been friends forever! A week after starting with Danica I suffered a bad injury to my ankle, but this did not stop her from wanting to help in anyway she could. We continued to train with carefully picked exercises that enabled me to still train my legs. Her knowledge of the body and nutrition is insane and her excitement for life contagious! I am so glad I started training with Danica and couldn’t recommend her enough!!

If only I could give Danica a 10 out of 5! I've been to several personal trainers in the past and she is by far the very best. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and motivating and varies each session so there's no way you could get bored of doing the same exercises. Not only does she know how to get the best out of you but she also practices what she preaches. Danica helped me to get to my target weight with only 3 months to go to my wedding. She works you hard and knows all the teaching points for all the exercises. She has such a passion for teaching and life and is one of the most genuine people I know. I honestly couldn't recommend her enough!

As someone who has never exercised before I would always put off doing anything remotely physical. When I met Danica she made me LOVE exercise and eased me in gently so I felt comfortable. I've been training with Danica for a little over a year, and she's been excellent at pushing me just the right amount, giving me exercises I can do at home too, and keeping every single session different and fun. In among the pain there's been much laughter. A real pleasure to work with. And we mustn't forget Roxy the dog who greets me at the door, what a cutie. I have been training with Danica for nearly 1.5 years now and it was the best decision I have made in terms of my fitness. Before I started training with Danica, I had constant knee, hip and back pain. Following Danica's training I am now painfree, stronger and healthier than ever before. I've been training with Danica for just over 3 months now and wholeheartedly have to give her 5 stars, many many more if I could! I started off with a manly beer belly, and in just 3 months, with Danica's help it has almost disappeared! My body composition has changed dramatically and I feel much healthier both, mentally and physically. She is an absolute joy to train with and makes sure that you do every exercise with proper form and technique. She keeps a continual record of your progress and will hold you accountable to it by motivating you and pushing you to new highs. If you follow her nutritional plans and advice, I promise you'll never go back to eating unhealthily again. Her attitude, enthusiasm and passion to life is unparalleled and you will learn so much more than just how to exercise and take care of yourself. Her zeal for fitness is exceptional and soon you'll find that it rubs off on you too. To the point that going away on holiday has become harder, as it means missing out on sessions! I truly believe that it was karma that made me contact Danica, and starting a fitness regime with her has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Wonderful trainer! Danica is hugely positive and motivational. She keeps you on your toes by changing up the session every time you see her. Its always tough and hard work but you're left feeling energised. I can see the change in my body shape as a result. Would highly recommend her.

Danica is truly my #lifegoals. She is a beautiful person inside and out, inspirational, kind, positive, supportive, honest, just to name a few of her wonderful qualities. Danica goes above and beyond for her clients. Not only does she make each and every session fun and challenging, she checks in with you outside of your sessions, in regards to your general welfare and any help or support you may need. When I met Danica in July 2018, I was a size 14 and 81.4kg (12.8st). I was very uncomfortable with my own body and every day I struggled with my confidence. Throughout my whole entire life I had difficultly with food portions, eating double, sometime triple the amount I should. When it came to sweet treats I couldn’t just have one slice of cake or donut. I would have to have the whole packet in one sitting, “because I didn’t want it to go bad or stale”. After seven months, I had lost 15kg and now Danica is helping me maintain the weight and retaining my brain. Having her by my side throughout this journey has shown me she is more than my personal trainer. She has truly been a great friend, therapist, spiritual guru, life coach, teacher... dancing partner lol. After Claudia Equina Syndrome, two lots of back surgery for prolapsed disc and then coming down with CRPS after some ankle surgery I had been unable to exercise properly for the best part of 15 years. The fact I have also have an Autonomic Nervouse System problem called POTS that makes my blood pressure drop really low and do weird and wonderful things all the time didn’t go in my favour when trying to exercise. I had several attempts over the years on my own and always did too much and ended up in pain and being totally put off. I even tried trainers at local gyms but I found they were not very knowledgeable and gave me exercises that with my medical history were not helpful at all. A good friend recommended Danica to me and it was a true eureka moment!! 🎉🎉 Danica is so knowledgeable and is like a PT and physio all rolled into one. She wasn’t put off by my long medical history and knows exactly how hard to push me without causing any problems for me. She constantly tailors my workouts depending on my low blood pressure and always makes sure I have the correct form so no nasty injuries to set me back. I can now climb stairs without seeing stars, drive a manual Car without setting off sciatica and so many more things. I love every session even on the days I don’t feel great I come away feeling totally lifted by her enthusiasm and support. Danica is so much more than a PT she has given me my life back 🙌🏻🙌🏻💪🏻👊🏻

Danica is a breathe of fresh air. As someone with Ehlers Danlos / hypermobility she really focuses on my form and ensuring it's on point. Her passion and enthusiasm is unreal. She makes the sessions fun, while maintaining great advice and helps achieve your goals. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. So make sure you drink to achieve the results you want with some great help and advice!

Amazing Personal Trainer who is extremely passionate, motivating and fun. Training is never boring!! I have scoliosis and have often slipped discs in my neck and back as a result. Since training with Danica she has helped me strengthen the muscles to help prevent this and future injuries, keeping me strong and pain free. Danica is also a qualified Yoga instructor so it’s really nice to be able to mix it up in my sessions and add some variety. It’s hard to find a personal trainer who really cares about your personal well-being and is passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals. I leave my sessions buzzing….
