Simply brilliant.....brilliantly simple!
I started training with Byron - on line and in person - 15 months ago with the aim of becoming stronger and healthier. Byron takes the complex world of strength training and distils it down into easy to understand and execute programs. His absolute focus on precision means that you get the maximum amount of benefit from each training session. He is always one step ahead of me......adjusting programming as needed as life throws its curve balls. I have hit personal goals across all lifts - and chin ups - and am stronger than ever before. Now my 14 year old son is training with him too. Highly recommend.

I met Byron via Instagram. For example, he helped me improve my technique in the main lifts via video analysis across national borders :) he is very polite and nice. I can definitely recommend him and I'm sure he'll be a great trainer in Persona too!

Byron is a great personal trainer! He really listens to your goals and motivates you to reach them. You really feel like he is on the journey with you and he's as excited as you are when you reach your milestones. I definitely feel like I have become more confident that I am exercising correctly and building the strength I need with the techniques I have been taught. I would recommend Bryon to everyone! I look forward to continuing to work with him well into the future.
Byron has been great to work with. I definitely feel like I'm growing in confidence and knowledge of strength training. He really emphasises technique and building strength gradually. He listens to your goals and helps you to work at your own pace. His workouts are effective which for me is the best part because I don't have hours to spend in the gym. Byron is a pleasure to work with to achieve my strength training goals. He is highly methodical and professional in his approach, employing the latest techniques and advances in the strength training arena but at the same time ensuring they are tried and tested for their effectiveness.
I have a history of lower back problems which I was very cautious about when we first started training together however after a period of time I now have the fullest of confidence that what we do will strengthen that area without putting myself in pain or creating further damage. In fact I can honestly say that after a short period of time my lower back is feeling much more healthy as the background tightness and pain I have now realised was there has reduced significantly.
