I had an absolutely awesome lunchtime session with Lauren; It felt completely inclusive, so much fun and enjoyable movement. Lauren is so personable and the session was great! Lots of new moves and I left feeling happy, energised and strong! I've not had the best relationship with exercise for as long as I can remember, and this session just felt so enjoyable, I'm chuffed - I'll be going back soon. Thank you Lauren!
Lauren's classes are a joy! Very varied and always challenging though she offers modifications for those of us not quite so bendy or strong. I really feel I've improved since joining them and look forward to many more. The Midweek Mobility is the BEST way to start the day!
I have been working with Lauren for almost a year - even while doing an international move with all the stress, chaos and changing time zones. Lauren is a wonderful, kind and funny person, I really enjoy working with her.
Every PT session with Lauren is individually programmed and then adjusted when I tell how I am feeling on the day. But with a longer goals in mind so there is constant forward progress (even in small increments).
As a person who has never consistently stuck with strength training, I actually look forward to my sessions with Lauren. She makes the sessions fun, challenging as they need to be, with lots of considerations of my needs and likes, and I have made incredible progress - yes I can do push ups on my toes!
Like cats? Like push ups and squats? Like cats slightly more than you like push ups and squats? Well Lauren's class caters to both. I am an exercise hater but I enjoy Lauren's low pressure classes and have enjoyed getting stronger and more capable the more I've stuck with it. Give it a go!
I really loved Lauren's class, I felt that the movements and variations all added up to something a lot more beneficial to my body than normal fitness classes that work within a more constrained range of motion! Will definitely be back when I get a chance!
