I have been using Lifestyle Training gym for about a year now, I decided to move from my current gym to Lifestyle Training due to the fact it’s such a more personal experience, you never have to wait for the machines! All the members are really friendly! I have recently started doing Personal Training with Adam, he makes me work hard, but it’s not too pushy or military style! We focus on a part of the body to train each week & my fitness has improved so much in the last 6 weeks! He’s also guided me to change my diet, focusing on meal prep ect! I truly on my way to living a healthier lifestyle, with a massive help from Adam & the gym facilities he has!

I have been training with Adam for almost a year and enjoy the variety of exercises and fun PT sessions he throws at me, as well as at bootcamps. He is always very patient but encouraging and has helped me gain the confidence and knowledge to also train alone between sessions and I feel a lot fitter for it. Members and boot campers are very welcoming and supportive of one another and I do not feel intimated as I have done in larger gyms. There is a good range of equipment and the gym is always very clean. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a member of several gyms over the years and have found them a bit intimidating but I can honestly say I’ve never felt that here. The staff and other members are all really friendly and not stuffy at all! At boot camp we have a great workout but we also have a laugh which I’ve never had elsewhere. My pt sessions with Adam are also great as he works you hard to get the results you want......would highly recommend this gym

I have been doing PT with Adam at the gym for around 6 months either face to face or virtual sessions during lockdowns. He has pushed me hard to reach targets and always mixes up the sessions with new stuff so it never gets dull. The gym has all the equipment anyone needs with lots of space if you want to train alone and not have to queue up which is ideal, or join the bootcamp of you prefer group sessions. It’s also really safe as Adam follows you round cleaning every piece of kit after use!

Lifestyle training is a great place to train, since joining as a member around a year ago, my strength and fitness has improved massively. The gym is a very friendly environment and not over crowded like most gyms in the area, adam the owner is also a great PT, he has trained me a nervous amount of times and also gets the best out of you. If you are looking for a friendly welcoming gym then this is the place. Could not recommend more.

Adam has a great space and is constantly trying to improve the gym, he is a dedicated trainer, that will keep you in check. He runs bootcamp sessions that are fantastic if you are looking to improve fitness levels and lose weight. The PT sessions are also affordable and with a great range of exercises that will give you confidence to keep on working. The flexibility of being able to join the gym without a binding contract is also a great advantage. Bootcamp sessions can be paid as you go and are on most evenings and on the weekend.

Adam is absolutely amazing! He pushes me to the best of my ability..he believes in me which makes me believe in myself. I suffer from a lot of health issues but Adam always makes sure I’m ok, and works around how I’m feeling. I definitely feel stronger and stronger after each session. I look forward to every session, and I look forward to my end result, and with Adam’s guidance and encouragement I know I will get there in no time! 💪🏽

I've used Adam as personal trainer for a number of years, initially when getting in better shape before my wedding. My fitness levels increased 100% since I started working with Adam - having tried other PTs in the past I would definitely recommend Adam. He is friendly and relaxed but will keep you on your toes which you need with a PT! Many pairs of trainers later, I've gone from never running to enjoying a 10k run.

I have done personal training with Adam and attended many of his bootcamp/circuit training classes. He is an excellent personal trainer, keeps everyone motivated. He taught me about correct posture and will always make sure everyone has the right form when doing certain exercises. I Have become stronger and leaner with Adams help! I love his classes, its always a good atmosphere and he has excellent equipment and space! Thanks Adam!

I’ve done personal training with Adam a few times of the years, namely before my wedding and other weddings that I was apart of.
Adam has the best equipment and the most effective training sessions. I was often worried that I wouldn’t be able to do some of the things he showed me as they looked too difficult, but i was always fine or just got stronger and stronger which was such a great motivation.
I also attend Adams Bootcamps which are just awesome and always so varied. A great bunch of people that go too so it’s great to work out with others.
Don’t waste your money or time with any of PT!
