Our second hand treadmill which served us well recently started to have some issues. Northwick Associates have been excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough. Diagnosis of the issues was via a remote engineer option which was really straightforward. Once the problem was identified they responded quickly with unbiased advice and quotes as to the best option. We opted to trade in our old treadmill. The new treadmill arrived today and was installed by Northwick. They were brilliant. All sorted in just over a week! Thank you Jon, Alison and the team at Northwick Associates.

Excellent service received throughout dealing with Northwick. The remote diagnosis process was first class with Jon being super helpful and clearly highly experienced helping me to make my decision on what to do next. My treadmill was 15 years old and it was not worth the investment to repair, so I purchased a new one through Northwick who gave good advice about the replacement offering a competitive price and quick delivery. I was given a trade in value for my old treadmill which was taken away when the new one was delivered. The guys who delivered the new one were careful, polite and gave good advice regarding the operation. Overall the service received from Northwick could not have been better as everyone I spoke with were helpful, friendly and professional. I could not recommend them more.

I had unknowingly bought a poor quality treadmill with no customer support so it failed after just 14 months of heavy use.
This company has good customer service and someone to advise you on your choice then arrange for the excellent engineers to set it up wherever you what it and take time to explain the workings and answer any questions . The advice to replace the poor one with a much better one was well worth the extra cost.

We’ve got a 12 year old exercise bike and the drive belt was falling apart. Northwick were excellent. Using the remote engineer option we easily checked what the problem was and got an easy quote so we knew it was worth fixing instead of replacing and old bike. The parts came with help and advice, with videos, on how to fit it myself and lubricate and check the bike over. I’m averagely good at stuff like this, but Northwick made it really easy to be confident at doing it myself. Kept the costs down and the bike is working nicely again.

I purchased a treadmill heater from Northwick which arrived promptly and works very well. When my previous treadmill developed some problems I contacted them and was impressed by their willingness to both engage and assist, even though the treadmill had not been purchased from them. In addition, because the treadmill was still under warranty, there was not going to be any financial gain for Northwick. Long story short, the old treadmill could not be fixed and I needed a new one. Based on my previous experience with them and their exceptional Google reviews, I decided to buy a replacement from Northwick and went with their recommendation of a Flow Fitness DTM2500. Delivery and installation was prompt and professional. Early days with the Flow Fitness machine, but it appears to be “robust” which is what I was principally looking for.

I would strongly recommend this service to anybody needing help with gym equipment repairs. We got the video call booked within a couple of days, and the call itself was straightforward.....a few background questions and straight into diagnostics. They identified the issue quickly and shipped a replacement part which I opted to fit myself, though they do offer an engineer service. Definitely worth giving these guys a call before reaching for a replacement treadmill/bike/cross-trainer.

I required advice regarding my old treadmill which had a fault, but I was unable to diagnose.
I contacted Northwick Associates who provide various levels of repair support for all fitness equipment. I decided to opt for the interactive remote diagnosis. Jon Isaacs was my contact. The process required me to video and check components of the treadmill, which was then sent back to Jon for analysis.
The process was smooth and I received a detailed video summary from Jon on the 2 or 3 possible causes (including helpful photos/diagrams).
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and would recommend Northwick Associates and Jon Isaacs.

Our Hammer Cross Trainer was only 2 months old when it malfunctioned. I contacted Skatehut who we bought it from they were unable to assist . After several months Hammer sent us a new motor but it was up to me to have it fitted . I contacted several companies who supposedly repaired home Gym equipment but nobody replied . Our old machine, also a Northwick, had seen many years of hard service and it was time to upgrade to something more powerful. We went for the Perform T2i, which has a 6 horsepower motor... needed on a machine that gets used daily and for hours at a time, we felt. Again, cheers to Jon for helping and advising.
Everything went well, the machine turned up when promised and the installation team were great. Friendly, professional, thorough and jolly. They wanted to be sure that we were 100% happy with the treadmill before leaving.
The machine is fantastic, almost silent and very powerful. All that remains now is to initiate a service agreement.

I was pointed to this company when the manufacturers of my elderly rowing machine were not able or not willing to help with repairs. The online engineer system was a challenge to start with, attempting to phone-video the offending items. However, Jon Isaacs was very quick and professional in his response and advice although not able to help due to the age of the machine. Despite plenty of advice, I needed an engineer to actually get the belt back on my CrossTrainer as it was too tough for me to do.

I decided to use their 'remote engineer' service to diagnose a problem on my 12 year-old, but expensive LifeSystem cross-trainer. I prepared myself by watching the informative videos - worthwhile. Jon called me promptly at the agreed time and took me through some basic checks before guiding me to open the machine up....he explained what he was asking and why, and checked through the operation in a systematic manner.
