Initially I was concerned that I would be able to find the time to have a personal trainer, but Tom has always been flexible and willing to fit in with the time I have available. And then when i broke my collarbone i thought that would be the end of PT for quite some time but Tom quickly adapted my programme and slowly got my working on my shoulder when the time was right. Against all my expextations my shoulder is just as strong as it was before the accident. Tom is professional, supportive and committed to doing the best for his clients. Would recommend without hesitation.

Tom has transformed our family by using tailored programmes according to our various needs. He first came to our house about 8 years ago to give fitness sessions to our two sons who were in their mid-teens at the time.
