Fantastic!! Quick response time. Called Monday and were here Wednesday on a very very busy period. Perry performed a very thorough investigation of both the outside and inside of the house looking for potential problem areas. He was lovely and very professional on his advise and recommendations to deter further infestations. Highly recommend. Hoping I never have to use again but if I do I'll definitely ask for Perry!

Called and spoke to Glen on Friday regarding mice infestation, he was able to advise and organise a call out for Monday. He was very helpful and explained the additional safety measures technicians are taking due to Covid-19 - this was particularly reassuring as we are shielding a family member. Our technician Perry arrived right on time and in PPE as promised. He was polite and friendly and seemed very knowledgable and competent. He did a survey of the house, explaining everything he was doing as he went along, with specific advice to keep our pets safe. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough, great service.

Within an two hours from ringing PPC, their technician Perry arrived at the door to carry out his very thorough investigation and prepare his treatment. Very friendly guy and certainly knew his job, no throwing poison down and then have dead pests scattered around the property with this guy. Perry looks for the source of the problem and points of entry into property and then sets multiple traps to catch them ,and then promptly removes them on follow on visit. Perry offered excellent advice in terms of deterring and making property as pest proof as possible. Highly recommended, very professional service and if I have any pest issues in the future I will certainly be using them again.

Really pleased phoned on the 12th July about a waap nest that was at my front door and ppc had came out about 4.30 and it was dealt with no more wasp nest and I was happy with how much it cost . 5 star all the way very pleasant staff member also.
