He came out quickly, gave brilliant advice, and really went above and beyond to provide an excellent service. I wish I'd called him sooner as it would have saved two days of stress! I was quite nervous about what he would find and although he did find evidence, he reassured about the problem & how he’d help us to get rid of them.
