After experiencing a severe bed bug infestation in our accommodation block at our supported living for retired seafarers charity in Surrey, I searched online for a specialist extermination company and after looking at Bed Bug Hunters website decided to contact them. I spoke with Billy who runs the company and I was very impressed with the services they provide so I decided this company would be our best option. Lubo, the technician has come on 3 visits to our site to treat a story of the building on each visit. he is very professional and thorough, especially on his third visit when he faced some difficult circumstances and dealt with it very respectfully and compassionately. Bed Bug Hunters have been exceptional throughout and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are discreet and very professional and have been a pleasure to work with. After many phone calls to get A quote for bedbug treatment. I found that Billy is professional and explained well on the phone what to expect on the visit and what is covered in the service. There are no hidden costs, and we decided to go with their service. After another visit to the doctor, we discovered that the bites we had were not from the bedbug, and I called to cancel the treatment. From first point of contact these guys have been amazing at booking in and talking through the process both on phone and when they arrived to carry out the work. I found Billy who I corresponded with via email and phone to be very accommodating when it came to arranging potential treatment slots and proactive in alerting me to suddenly available ones. So I rarely write any reviews but this time it's really important. So when you suffer from borderline personality disorder anything can trigger you, so the sight of a single bedbug put my mental health in a state I do not wish on no one. I called Wednesday night after 10PM thinking nobody is going to answer, a gentleman named Billy (if the name/ spelling is wrong please let me know and I'll correct it), not only answered but he was professional, he did listen and advice me on the next step. Of course anxiety doesn't stop so the next day I called back and the same gentleman answered and once again he was extremely professional and helpful. One of the best customer service I received in my life, someone need to give this man a rise. To be honest, I haven't use their services (as nobody came over) and I hope I won't have to which mean I'm in the clear but if their services is as good as the two interactions I had I can only recommend this company.

I’m fact, he even kindly tended to some moths so I got a ‘two for one’ pest treatment! I have been meaning to put this review on here for some time now. So it is testament to the good service that I received that I am still doing this a few weeks later. I contacted the company in September after discovering we had bed bugs. Billy spent a great deal of time with me on telephone talking through my issue and telling me about the wider problem of bed bugs, before talking me through in detail what I would need to do to prepare the house for a visit. I was then able to arrange for a visit quite swiftly afterwards. His team member came along and was extremely friendly and professional. We had moved everything as requested and therefore only took him about 30 minutes to treat our 2-bedroom property. He did so quickly and effectively and he was friendly and personable the whole time. Up we have not seen any bed bugs really for the last couple of weeks, so I am planning to call them again. My wife called Billy, who was polite, gave us good time and answered our questions explaining the situation well. We decided to go ahead with BBH and had three treatments. I am pleased to say we have had no bed bugs for 5 weeks now. The infestation messes your life up as it affects your sleep since we were informed we have to sleep in the main infested room to draw the bugs out at night and come in contact with the chemical sprayed. I had to kill some I spotted in the middle of the night. The rooms were emptied and we put 50 black bags in the shed. BBH’s pricing was reasonable and main thing was Billy kept in communication throughout responding to all emails or calls. I accidentally overpaid for one treatment and on informing Billy immediately refunded me the extra I had paid. The person Billy sent round, Vince, was also professional and polite. I would not hesitate in recommending BBH.

When I discovered an infestation in our home, Bedbug Hunters answered the phone immediately, gave expert advice, explained the process and what we would need to do to prepare, and were able to book an exterminator for the next day. They offered a generous key workers discount and were upfront and clear about their pricing, which was really appreciated. The exterminator was very discreet, understanding, and when we gave him the keys to the property even took the time to send me a video of the keys going through the letterbox to put my mind at ease our property was secure. I will say that he was late, but updated me several times in the day on his ETA, and he was late due to others not preparing their homes for treatment correctly (PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO DO THIS!). It's now around a month after our treatment and the bites have stopped, and we have not seen a single bug for weeks. When to my horror I discovered we had bed bugs i searched the internet looking for someone to help. I phoned bedbug hunters and spoke to Billy who said they would send someone round to inspect. He was so informative and told me exactly what preparations I needed to do. They sent Alex round who checked my property and found evidence of bed bugs. He said someone must of brought them in in the last 6 weeks but as it was lockdown no one had been in. It turns out they were coming in from next door which is a multi occupancy house. I contacted the landlady who checked and they had a bad infestation in there. I gave her bed bug hunters number and she booked them in. Alex did a spray and told me I needed to seal up all the gaps ( there were many as it is an old house) We still got some bites after the spraying which can happen and booked for the second spraying 3 weeks later. Alex came back and spayed again and I can say we’ve had no bites since. We had Blago round to check and have a 3rd spray just to be sure. I honestly can’t recommend these guys highly enough. These guys ( Belago and Cho Cho) came round to our rescue. They were very friendly and professional, and made us feel we were in expert hands. These guys were really great. They arranged to come quickly, answered all my questions and have always been available to advise further when I've needed. They did everything possible and necessary to get rid of the bugs and did it in one go. The property is not perfect for comprehensively getting rid of bugs. It's old so there are lots of nooks and crannies. Three weeks later there is no sign of the bugs. In the first week the first time someone slept in the room they all came out in the night in force, but today the room's been in use for a week with now visible sign of them and no bites at all.

From first contact to aftercare the work has been professional and helpful. We had thought we had bed bugs but when the technician came round and we explained what we had found he straight away knew it was carpet beetles. After buying a second hand fabric bed just before Christmas, I started noticing bites on my body similar to mosquito bites in the New Year. After doing some research online, I called BedBugHunters for some advice and within 24 hours, a friendly Gentleman from Bulgaria came to give my property a thorough inspection. Unfortunately, I had an infestation that was already present when I bought the bed. I was horrified and felt dirty, but the Gentleman assured me how common bed bug infestations in the UK are and gave me great advice about how to contain the infestation and prevent it from spreading. I also managed to open a dispute with Paypal and was offered a full refund, but declined the offer.
