Paul is a very nice chap, well mannered and efficient. I had a bird in a sealed chimney fireplace, Once contacted here arrive promptly and the bird was removed without harm to it. I felt that the charge was very reasonable, I'd definitely use him again.

Paul, provide a friendly and informative service with explanation for the different methods to resolve my rodent issue. On leaving my property after the first visit there was one night of activity before silence! Paul returned a week later to review the actions and there was significant evidence that some of the actions had worked. Paul utilised three different methods and I felt this showed that he wanted to do an effective job first time. Highly recommended.

Paul came to me on very short notice when we had visibly seen a rodent in the house! 1 visit and all was sorted! he got some traps and bait down, a couple of weeks later he returned to pick up the traps, most of the bait had been eaten and no sign of rodents. Helped me to locate any holes so I could get these filled to stop any potential issues going forward. On top of good service, Paul is a lovely guy, very friendly and couldn't fault him!

Had to call Paul in to deal with a wasp nest in the hedge near to our Patio. He arrived when he said he would, did a first rate job at a price I was happy to pay. Three days later we discovered we had a nest up in the eaves of our house near the guttering, again Paul arrived exactly when he said he would and promptly sorted out that nest as well. Very nice guy, very professional, I would highly recommend.

Called Paul in the morning as some wasps had decided to chew through the drywall in my ceiling and infiltrate my bedroom. Paul was extremely friendly and very professional. Showed up when he said he would, killed the wasps, and cleared out the nest material. Paul isn't your standard "leave a trap and hope for the best" type of guy. He made sure that not only was the full nest removed, but the area was treated to finish off any wasps that were late to the party. Would definitely recommend, and won't hesitate to give him a call if I run into issues in the future! Prices were very good.. especially considering the level of service.
