Not often left for words at good customer service and knowledge but this company is one of the best in my opinion. Made a query and they answered it and saved me so much money. Not many companies do that so judging by the response, I would not hesitate to use this company or recommend wholeheartedly.

Excellent prompt and friendly service. I called them with regards to a wasp nest in my loft. They came out within half an hour of my call, treated the nest and the area around it. It actually transpired that the nest was an old, dormant one. But I now have peace of mind with regards to the nest and that the area has been treated and made unusable by any other insects 😁 I can highly recommend this company

We had a huge infestation of fleas within a large office area. One call to Mark at Derby Pest Control Services and it was actioned immediately. Everyone within the office felt safe as the treatment was explained carefully, and carried out with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend Pest Control Services to anyone, there was no need for a second visit because the little mites were blasted in one go. Pointless trying to treat areas with chemicals you purchase from a pet store, do the right thing and contact Mark. You will not be disappointed.
