Couldn't recommend Biopest more! James and Darren are always responsive and have extensive knowledge on all they do. The work they carry out is a great value for money and they are always polite and willing to help wherever they are able to. We always receive service reports same day along with any recommendations required which is amazing. Highly recommend!

Thank you BioPest, your the best! Since the treatment being completed 3 months ago for mice, we haven't seen any more. After having issues with mice in our flat for years, we think we have finally got to the bottom of it with the proofing recommended to us that previous companies had failed to point out to us. The team was very helpful, punctual and informative, letting us know exactly what was happening throughout the treatment. We are happy with the service from BioPest and would recommend them. I found them through google. They replied to phonecalls and emails quickly. Steve gave a quote through the phone after listening to the description of the problem, an appointment was made and Darren arrived on time, he is very helpful and polite. He gave a thorough inspection and explanation of causes and steps to resolve the issue, as well as future actions to avoid occurrence. I think the work was done systematically and with reliable approach. The issue required two visits, both turned out with expected results. What a relieve ! I have also taken the opportunity to ask questions about other potential pests issues unrelated to this job and he was very happy to answer. Reports were given after each of the two visit, including details and also reminders of what areas I should suspend cleaning during the process.
