I was provided with an excellent professional service both the initial surveyor Jay who came round then the pest control inspector. They gave me peace of mind that they would help to resolve the rodent issue and come round when necessary. I was very pleased with the result too and no more rat visits!

Very efficient service and reliable team. Within an hour of enquiring I had a phone call from them outlining the services. I then got an email with a quote on. Within a couple of hours of phoning to pay William rang to say he would be round that afternoon to have a look at the problem. When he came, he was very helpful? He was on time and showed his badge. He then gave me solutions to help prevent the problem in future and then set about setting the different traps for me. He arranged a follow up appointment for next week.

I have used this company twice so far and I am really happy with their service. The lady in the office is so helpful and nice that even though I had a wasp nest in my loft she made me feel comfortable and she eased my worries. The pest control technician that came to get rid of the nest is a very professional and skilled guy. The best think is that they didn't ask for too much money so I was really happy with the service as it was quick nice and easy. Would I use them again? I definitely would.
