L. B.When you're as terrified of mice as I am, this is exactly the kind of service that you want. Not only was Mehmet extremely quick in getting back to me and confirming an appointment, he was also empathetic, kind and very patient.
To top it off, he squeezed us in on a very busy day, was flexible towards our timings when he didn't need to be and was extremely thorough with his service (which is also great value).
I went from feeling incredibly uncomfortable and panicked to calm and relaxed in a few hours, all due to their quick, professional and kind work. I would recommend Hey Pest without any reservations. Thank you so much!
