My experience with Huntsman Pest Control was amazing. I had an infestation of mice in my flat and within the first visit from Huntsman I saw an amazing difference. They had amazing customer service, the man who came over was very polite, understanding and willing to do the best job to the best of his ability. I would highly recommend this pest control as the price is beyond worth the results! I had more than one visit and in the second visit they used equipment with amazing quality. I haven’t had any issues ever since their attendance and this is nothing like my other experiences with pest control! I would highly recommend. 10/10.

Initial inspection was done by Jony and he was very thorough and they checked the entire house, including the attic and outside for rodent entry points. Pesticide was effective and I couldn't hear any scurrying for the next two weeks. For the second visit the technician was Ionut, he used wire mesh combined with expanding foam and filled everything. They were both very efficient and very professional. Very nice people. 10/10 would recommend.

Did a great job. I had a lot of holes and they tracked them all down. Came in pull PPE. Shared photos each step of the way. Cleaned up nicely after them selves and happy to answer all questions. Would definitely recommend. Also came out on great time .

We had Julian come over for our second treatment which was promised to us after the first treatment. he came at a very convenient time for us in the morning and was very communicative, professional as well as friendly ! I love how easy the company are to get a hold of and how detailed they are with their practices. I knew everything that was going on. ,Initially I was quoted for the treatment for which I paid £90 and I was lead to believe if needed 2nd visit will be within the price. I had misunderstood and the company settled it very amicably and professionally , Jony called me and suggested if needed they will visit again free of charge up to 6months. I found him very professional, friendly and thorough. I would use them again and recommend them.

I would highly recommend my first technician, Ionut, who was very thorough, professional, polite and friendly, and explained things very well. In the first treatment, he used insecticide and a gel, and recommended a second treatment with insecticide and filling in gaps. He gave clear instructions. I kept seeing living and dead cockroaches, so it appeared to be working if not completely. Unfortunately for the second treatment a different technician came and he could not spend or understand a word of English and did not complete all the required work. However Huntsman were responsive and Ionut very kindly came out the save day to fix this and do a much more thorough job again. Ionut went above and beyond, and so far I am mostly satisfied with Huntsman but they are expensive and the initial second treatment was not up to that value.

After having a few furry friends decide to turn up and all humane options had failed I logged an enquiry in the evening. The fantastic Lucas and his team turned up the next day and knew exactly what the issue was. They laid the traps and came back 2 weeks later and did the proofing. We have not had a problem since. Very impressed how quickly they responded and were able to do the work immediately.

They showed up fully equipped to begin the first round of treatment, then the follow up appointment work quality was really good also. I believe the infestation is now under control. Having bought the platinum package, I can call out for a year for any follow up work, but that hasn't been needed yet. Happy with the work they done.

I literally just requested for a quote in the night and they called me the very next day. They came out the same day and did a thorough inspection of my house and talked through every step and explained what type of treatment they are going to do. They were friendly, professional and cooperative. They gave me a very good and reasonable price. They are due to come back for a second treatment but I can already see the results. These guys worked so hard to make sure they have inspected every single corner of my house. I was so pleased with their service and also gave me a peace of mind that they are in control.
