An appointment for inspection was made speedily and Christian the pest technician turned up within the given time window. He was very friendly and efficient and in a very short time discovered how the rodents were gaining access and quickly found a solution. Alex responded almost immediately and informed me of a change in the law, making it illegal for landlords to request fumigation without evidence of infestation. I used Indigo Pest Control to get rid of a wasps nest under our terrace. Alex arrived on time and was a friendly guy and very helpful , especially as the wasps nest was not easily accessible. The first time I called Alex, it was a bank holiday. Nevertheless, he came within an hour. I had a rat in the house! He dealt with that, found it's access points and blocked them and followed up after a week or so. He was very thorough and his charge was very fair. The problem never re-occurred. The next time I called him, it turned out that my cat was the culprit. Still, he had a good look round to set my mind at rest and pointed out a blocked drain that needed attention, This time, he didn't even charge me a call-out fee! I would recommend Alex without hesitation. Wish there were more like him.

I discovered that bumblebees [the big fuzzy black ones with yellow bands] had moved into my tool shed since the last time I had done garden work. It was not a huge hive yet, but was directly in the way of using the tools. I hoped to find someone who might be able to help me re-home the bees given they are having a hard time globally as it is. I'd never attempted to get help to move bumblebees, however Alex from Indigo Pest Control phoned me back and we discussed what my options likely were. After a short visit, Alex had relocated the hive and queen into a cardboard box and then left to let the bees settle for a few hours into dusk. Alex then came back over and was able to collect all of the bees. He let me know that he had found a suitable place a few miles away near a riverside where he had re-homed the bees to. All in all much kinder and karma saving than destroying the hive, not to mention the entire experience was interesting to participate with. Alex is super pro, you won't be disappointed.
