We had an issue of a rat in the house - spotted in a bedroom and kitchen. Called Pestgone on the evening and had an appointment for 9 am the next day. The technician arrived on time and put us at ease, thoroughly searched the house for entry points and placed bait. We then received continual updates and job reports, and booked in the follow up appointments there and then. The technician was always punctual and friendly. Having had a pest issue in the past and used two other services, this was far superior. In the last services, I had to constantly chase for updates on when the technician would arrive (and sometimes they never showed up) – with Pestgone I felt confident in the service they were providing. A big bonus is not having to pay up front, and being able to pay the invoice after the second visit. An excellent service for an incredibly reasonable price!

Removal of dead pet rabbits Foxes killed our pet rabbits in their garden hutch & PestGgone came to remove them for us. Very impressed with their service from start to finish. I contacted PestGone as I had a sudden infestation of flies and they were able to come and fumigate the house the following day. The problem seems to have gone but they make a second visit included in the cost if necessary. They also provided a very useful treatment and health and safety report. I had a small mouse infestation and went with Pestgone having had an absurd quote from another much better known company. They offered exactly the same (3 visits) for a quarter of the price with the additional benefit of a 3 month guarantee for peace of mind. I had the pleasure of meeting David, who quickly identified the route the mouse/mice were using, applying bait poison on the first 2 visits and filling up the holes on the last visit. He was at all times professional friendly and competent and I would most certainly use this company again if I have need of any of the services the company offers, As for the mice? Gone for good we trust.

We discovered an active wasps nest in our garden at 10.30 am, this morning. I phoned PestGone who were very efficient on the phone and assured me that a technician would be with me by the afternoon and would call me when in transit. I was phoned in less than an hour, and their very efficient and pleasant technician, Dan, was with us before midday. He explained the problem and set out his course of action very clearly, and then gave me full details of what work he had done, when to check the nest and how and when to remove the insecticide residue. I found this company while searching through the internet and very glad I did. I initially spoke with Mark, who listened to my concerns and took the time to ask questions regarding the pest problem. He provided good advice and confirmed it by email. It was apparent that Mark knew what he was talking about and this was the reason why I hired this company. The company’s technician, Stephen turned up on time to assess the problem and set traps. It was necessary for him to attend unexpectedly to remove a grey squirrel, and on this occasion, as on other visits, he was polite and had a great sense of humour while giving good advice. Stephen and Jamie visited to remove more rodents which had been nesting within the cavity of my bedroom ceiling and roof of the property. To prevent other rodents gaining access into the roof, the holes were blocked with steel mesh. After many months, and because of PestGone Environmental, I can once again enjoy a good nights sleep! The side of our house had unfortunately become a playground of pigeons with nesting and poo covering our wall and drainpipes. Jamie came to inspect and give us a quote. He was professional, knowledgable and we received a very competitive quote. We had the job booked in within a week and Stephen carried out the work to a high standard - spiking our drainpipes and a window ledge as well as cleaning the wall and even unblocking our drain! I've had a mouse problem for a while. Having tried a number of off the shelf remedies it was clear that they weren't working. I decided to call in the professionals! I found Pest Gone through other reviews and they were polite and professional throughout. They discussed the cause of the issues (being an Edwardian house there are lots of access points to my property) plus came up with a number of solutions. After laying bait and blocking up access points into the house they came back a week later to top up the bait and review. After the second visit there was a visible reduction in mouse activity. However...the issue wasn't eradicated and a couple of months later I called them back. True to their guarantee they came straight back round and tried a different bait. Theirs got rid of the issue once and for all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any issues you may have.

I recently moved to London to take care of a seriously ill relative and found my new residence to be infested with mice. Not being local, I initially contacted a renowned pest control company and was quoted an eye watering price for baiting and blocking, with a wait of 48 hours. So I contacted PestGone Environmental. I now need a one-way valve which they will fit to stop them coming up the sewer. They use several different types of bait in case the rats have got wise to one, and using some kind of fluorescent stuff can see where the rats have been running about ... or not. All sorted. Wonderful - so much better than another pest control company I used once.

We had a mouse problem so called Pestgone. Stephen, who came to deal with our mice, was always courteous, gave clear explanations of what needed to be done and why. He was always reassuring with his explanations, and very happy to address any questions or concerns we had. He was thoroughly helpful. He also did a thorough job of blocking all the entrance points, or potential entrance points, for mice. We'd happily recommend Pestgone to anyone. Should any more pests rear their ugly heads we will call them again.

We called Pestgone in after we found moths were eating our clothes. They sent around a technician called Sean who was very knowledgable and friendly. After a thorough inspection he found further damage to our fairly new carpets and he explained to us that the moths like undisturbed dark places to lay their eggs. After a deep clean/washing all the clothes, Sean came back and sprayed and fumigated the place and also left moth monitors.
