An outstanding service from Trapz Ltd; I couldn't ask for anything more. Not only is Kay professional, friendly and efficient, but he really knows what he's talking about. Having used a previous pest control service that did the absolute minimum for an extortionate fee, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Kayon went above and beyond what was expected. He clearly takes pride in what he's doing and even sent me a report before he left that had pictures of the cavities where the rodents were entering, and his recommendations for what we could be doing to improve the situation (there were far more holes in the house than I expected). Not only did Kay inspect the house from top to bottom for cavities and holes (even areas we did not expect, like the bathroom), he filled in the cavities, disposed of any unfortunate rodents that were caught, and put out baiting in key areas to catch any others that were lurking around. It took Kay close to three hours - if not more - to do the job, but he was in no rush, as he really wanted to ensure all bases were covered. Just to put this into perspective, the pest control company that I initially used spent about half an hour altogether on their visit, did not fill in any holes or take pictures, simply put down some baiting and left. The ensuing 'report' was very scanty and didn't really specify any follow up, or what needed to be done from our end. The icing on the cake - when I later spotted more unwanted pests in the kitchen, a mere few weeks after the pest control company had been, they had the nerve to try to charge me for a follow up visit! I unfortunately used their services twice more, and our rodent problem persisted. Then thankfully, I found Trapz Ltd. In the follow up visit (also included in the price), Kay even found other cavities that weren't spotted in the previous visit and also filled them. Kayon has restored my confidence that not all pest control companies are cowboys. Since his two visits I thankfully have not had any more sightings of the unwanted pests. It is very reassuring to know that if I did see any more rodents within 30 days of Kayon's final visit, I would qualify for a free follow up visit to troubleshoot the problem. What more could a person ask for? I am very pleased that I managed to find Trapz Ltd online, as not only do they offer very reasonable prices for their services, but are exceptional in what they do. I hope I do not need Kay's services again (!) but would not hesitate to use Trapz Ltd again if needed, and would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

An amazing service from Kay. I cannot thank and recommend him more highly. His care and attention to detail was quite frankly astounding. Over multiple visits he rid the house of mice. He paid an extra visit too. A super guy. If you have a problem Kay should definitely be your go to.

Outstanding service!!! Dealt with our issue in a very timely and convenient manner. The operative (Kayon) was very polite and extremely helpful throughout the visits.
