We have had a contract with Albany for over 7 years to conduct 12 routine pest control visits to the School each year. For the first few years, the standard was variable, depending on the quality of the technician and we did have an occasional problem with rodents. He was very thorough and did everything probably over and above to get the source of the problem identified and resolved. He worked really hard and was extremely professional, polite and tidy. Really impressed by the way in which he was so determined to move all my appliances and get behind everything to find any possible sources of entry - the cooker was heavy and the washing machine wedged in but he really persevered to move them. The DCP survey they subsequently undertook has been very elusive, defined the problem clearly, and proposed actionable solutions. The 20page+ report also clearly set out boundaries what and what not could have been investigated due to the building layout and allowed access.

We've been a client for just over 13 Years and have had the same Pest Control Technician throughout, who has become part of our family. The service has always been excellent, with no fuss. From Biting Insects to pigeon proofing and environmental cleans. Following each routine visit we're given detailed reports, with recommendations to follow up sent directly to email, which have been instrumental to our maintenance department. Our Technician has always given sound advice, instruction and demonstrations a good all round knowledge of the control of those pesky unwanted creatures. More recently we've been using a new treatment for moths, Exosex Tabs, which are a small tablet formulated with minute quantities of the female sex pheromone. It works extremely well by overloading the males with pheromone, their receptors become laden giving off false trails, which only attract males. The result is a state of confusion, therefore leading to effective mating disruption. Since we've been using this treatment, the need for insecticide sprays, are no longer required and our carpets and upholstery will not only last a lot longer but stay looking fab! All round great service from Albany. Thank you.

We had bedbugs in all of the bedrooms and thought that a lot of our carpets and bedding would have to be destroyed or professionally cleaned off site. However Albany Pest Control used something called Heatwave which allowed for everything in each room to be put inside a tent which was then heated to a certain degrees, which killed all of the bedbugs and their larvae/eggs. Incredible really all done in a day and we didn't have to remove anything from our house.
