We got in touch with the pest doctor after bringing back some bed bugs from a holiday over the summer. They took our bed out for us and came 3 times to fumigate the house, but we didn’t see any bugs after the first time. Clem was always on hand to answer all of my many worries and questions I had and it was clear that each time they came they’d had a very thorough look! Would 100% recommend and definitely use again although I hope we never have to 😂

I recently discovered some unwelcome rodent visitors in my loft and contacted Clem to see if he could help. Clem and Brandon visited the next day and found and dealt with the problem straight away. I would like to thank Clem and Brandon for their service in clearing a couple of mice and advice for room proofing a potential nuisance again. After our initial phone call, they came to our house the very same day. Performed a thorough assessment of our home and then set out the tube traps and bait trays. They followed up with two further visits on agreed dates and punctual on times. Both of their conduct was highly professional and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and were happy to answer any of our questions. I would thoroughly recommend them and the total cost of the fees was very reasonable indeed.

Fantastic service! Set up bait trays in loft where I heard rat running round, next visit the rat was found dead! They educated me on rats and also helped point out areas of the house where I needed to fill as potential entrances and exits for the rat. Would definitely recommend!

Living in a rented property and these two lovely people came to fix the rodent problem we had in our attic. We had an issue at our house and couldn't work out what the problem was. The Pest Doctor tried to troubleshoot over the phone to save having to charge to visit for something that could have been easy to resolve. I was very impressed with this, as many companies would have just come out and taken the money, knowing it's an easy thing to fix ourselves. However, the problem didn't go away and when I called back they promptly came out to the house. Within minutes, they found the problem, a dead rodent! All resolved and removed, as well as a de-brief session to look at ways to reduce the possibility of it happening again. Also gave us some tips on what to look for in the future should we suspect anything again. Great people, great service, great value! Would definitely recommend and use again! Had a strange smell under the floorboards, contacted Clem who was fantastic. Offered advice over the phone and came out very quickly to check on the situation. Found out we had had rats under the floorboards coming in from our neighbours side. Clem treated the rats over a 6 week period and I could not recommend his service enough. Absolutely fantastic service. I called up after discovering a couple of bedbugs in my flat. They were very helpful from the get go, explained to me in detail what treatment would entail, gave an overview of bedbugs (including habitat and a bit on the life cycle). Very upfront about the cost as well, no hidden fees. As I was confident what I found was a bedbug, and they agreed from the description and location that I found it, they were happy to get me booked in for the first treatment forgoing an inspection call-out. I believe I called on a Monday, the first treatment was booked in for that Thursday. They arrived on time and thoroughly checked through the flat and found the exact item that had the bedbug infestation (secondhand bed bought in a charity shop). I was really impressed with how professional they both were, but also very friendly and upbeat (nothing worse than dealing with dull and overly direct people in your own home!) After the first treatment, I was not bitten again nor did I see another bedbug. This morning the third and final treatment was applied, and I'm looking forward to hoovering again in another couple of weeks! Honestly so happy and impressed with The Pest Doctor - if I have the misfortune of having any pests again, I'm lucky to know who to call!

I called this company on Monday after finding rat droppings in my shed. That same afternoon they came out and put bait boxes down. I couldn't believe the quick service, absolutely brilliant. We had a nest that was inacsessable under the house with wasps flying out of the vent holes under the front door. Clem and his son did a great job and it was fascinating to see the nest on their camera. Learned alot about wasps and glad they are gone! Friendly professional service, highly recommend.

Honestly the best service from any company that I've used. Have called them out twice; a high level nest in an air-brick and one in the ground in the neighbours garden. In both cases they've arrived within an hour or two and promptly dealt with the wasps in one treatment. Friendly, polite, completely professional, and cracking value. Don't bother with anyone else!

I couldn’t recommend the pest doctor enough. Arrived within 15 mins of my call and was instantly reassuring in his approach. I had a very disturbing experience with not so long born baby rats, I called The Pest Doctor and within two hours, he was with with me. He was reassuring, friendly and professional, well beyond 5 stars. He was very knowledgeable and I learnt a lot from him. He put bait trays up in the 2 loft areas and was consistent and punctual on following the 2 fortnightly visits. The problem is solved, Yay!! Thank you so much, no more nasty squatters. Have used the pest doctor a number of times now for rats in my loft which after 3 visits using various traps and poisons we are now rat free and have been for a number of months Most recently wwe called clem at 730pm for some advice on how to get rid of a wasp nest in the shed he said not to go near it he would be straight up ..... half hour after calling wasp nest was destroyed. Woke up next morning there was still a number of wasps in and out the shed called him and again was here within 30 mins to destroy the last few stragglers Cannot recommend this company enough and will not hesitate to use clem again 5* service always

Called The Pest Doctor after seeing a rat in the back garden over a few days. Clem and his son came round that day and straight away found a nest at the back of the garden as well as some holes they had made to move between gardens. They also found places that they could possibly use to get into the house in the future. They baited the nest and set bate traps up around the garden and one in the loft just in case. After the first visit we never saw the rat again and they didn’t find any evidence of the rat on the follow up visits. We had a great service from start to finish and they really took time to explain what they were doing and what we can do going forward to prevent rats coming back. Can’t recommend these guys enough. When we regretfully found out that we had a mouse problem, that then didn't improve with our own attempts to rectify the situation, I knew I had to seek some outside help. I found many companies on Google but The Pest Doctor stood out for me as a local service with good reviews, and so I called and spoke to Clem. He immediately rested my mind that he could help, and even arranged his diary so that he could visit us the very next day. He thoroughly checked all areas of our property, inside and out - whether it was in the eaves of the loft, behind the kitchen units, under the stairs, or even behind the bath fascia; looking for evidence of mice (or worse, which thankfully it wasn't!), and even took the trouble to search the outside walls of our house to see where anything might be able to get in, whilst giving us advice on how to protect ourselves from any future problems. Clem eradicated our mouse issue after the very first visit - with almost immediate effect - and kept in touch over the next few weeks, visiting us twice further to check all areas of the house. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, professional and thorough, he is an absolutely fantastic guy, very personable, helpful and kind, and even took the time out to amuse my 3 year old Son with magic tricks while we were doing paperwork. (Something he is now renowned for in this house!) I can safely say that I would highly recommend his services, and he'd be the first person I'd call if I ever have any kind of unwanted visitors in the future! He also took time to offer help with getting word out about my local business in his own time, which I will be eternally grateful for and can't thank him enough for doing! Clem, thank you again from us all - it has been an absolute pleasure meeting you, you're a stand up guy, and I hope (for positive reasons) that we all see you again the near future!

5 stars+.... What can I say. I called with a query about a deceased crow/old nest in my eaves and within 30 minutes the Pest Doctor had arrived. Crows was a new subject for the gentleman, but he made every effort to assist. He managed to release the deceased crow and review the remains of the nest. Due to the converns aboit the birds returning or other animals nesting in this area he blocked the entrance off and gave advice for a future permanent fix. He also assessed in the attic to check there wasn't anything present to cause any issues. A genuine nice professional gentleman whom I would recommend to others. Thank you for your assistance.
