M. W.I contacted Michael regarding a moth infestation which travelled with us from a previous flat to our new house. He took the time to have a phone call with us and suggest a number chemical free of options we should try before it's necessary to have exterminator in. He also took the time to teach us about how moths function and where to place the traps etc...
I highly recommend this company for any infestation issues. It's likely that we will be able to solve the moth problem ourselves just with the advice Michael gave on the phone, but if we ever require any pest control treatment in the future this company will be the first we call.
