J. M.Warren is a true professional, he went above and beyond to help me tackle and diagnose the problem I had with an abundance of tiny black flies in my home. He initially paid me a visit in the summer of 2020 whereby he reassured me the type of flies I was seeing then wasn't a concern. However in early spring of this year I called him out again and had the house fumigated, he subsequently returned a number of times and altho he wasn't able to eradicate them completely due to not being able to find the breeding source I can honestly say he tried his hardest and genuinely cared. Unfortunately for me investigations are still going on. Wouldn't hesitate in using him again, lovely guy.
