Visit Reference: 359300 I contacted JG Pest Control on the Wednesday and they booked the flea treatment in for Saturday. Very efficient service, from the initial telephone call to the technician who visited. All staff were professional, it was a fuss free process and if I ever had to use a pest control company again this would be the one.

Efficient and punctual service. It took 3 visits. Your technician Alex Sainsbury was a tad too portly to get more than his head and shoulders in my roof space, but on the last visit, whether by accident or design, he brought along young Barry who got right into the roof, found two rat corpses, and laid more bait in areas which had not been previously inspected. Brilliant! My thatch has now been repaired and the bait trays remain untouched. I'm very satisfied.

Visit reference:347011 very quick response on initial call out to a rodent issue in my loft. I have a dog as well and on both visits the gentlemen said hello to my dog so he could feel involved and settle down. The second visit, the gentleman read on the notes I had a dog and left his bag in his van which was very considerate. My parents had a similar problem and I recommended JG Pest control and they were also impressed at the quick response on their initial call out.

mice were giving me a problem, it was a nightmare!! i contacted the JP Pest control . they were very clear of how they work and gave enough information for me to understand it. later found out it was a rat !!! by the first visit there was less activity of rats and by second visit the problem was solved. for last three months i can ease myself not worrying about my food getting lost.

268723 reference Jg pest control were brilliant we called around a few different companies and they stood out as they were confident they could solve our pest issue with a guarantee of keeping the mice away. We had used some home remedies and nothing worked. After our visit from the guys at JG pest control we haven't had a problem. I would highly recommend them they were prompt professional and efficient.

For several years we had bees nesting in the outer wall of our house. This wasn't a problem until repairs were required to an adjacent flat roof. The roofer didn't appreciate being stung and understandably refused to continue until the bees were dealt with. After numerous failed attempts to find a humane way of removing the bees without harming them, we reluctantly turned to JG Pest Control. They were extremely professional, efficient and quick to respond. The bees were in an inaccessible area within part of the flat roof. The first attempt failed and, under their guarantee, the company returned for a second visit. They succeeded in blocking the original points of exit and entry but the bees subsequently found a way into the house and began to emerge from behind a radiator and skirting board into a bedroom, where they died in their thousands. Still under the terms of their original guarantee, JG Pest Control returned for a third visit, no quibbling. Third time lucky, the problem was solved entirely to our satisfaction and the roof was duly repaired. If ever we are faced with a similar situation we would have no hesitancy in calling JG Pest Control again to sort out the problem. (Job No. 233219)

Have a massive problem with bed bugs in a 3 bedroom apartment that I rented with my flatmates, we hoover daily, we bough new mattress but the situation was completely out of control and we were unable to sleep and desperate.
