M. E.Stephen Hall, called to my property to undertake an inspection, he was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, courteous and polite.
He put me completely at ease whilst on his visit. Although no work was required and the inspection was free, the service he provided was second to none.

r. b.Having spoken to switchboard I then had a call from Stephen Hall to talk about him coming to assess our problem with wasps.
He was extremely knowledgeable and honest, he suggested that we leave it a couple of weeks and told me that they should just die off and not return. This was extremely appreciated!

J. M.Called Rentokil to advise on a droppings issue in the garage. Initially thought rats or mice. Stephen Clifford Hall turned up at the agreed time and gave the advice I needed. It was neither rats or mice but bats.
Steve was extremely professional, courteous and polite. I cannot recommend the service enough. Rentokil will always be my first point of call.
Due to the issue being with bats, Steve gave me all options available to me (very few in this instance).
