All this while I was travelling in Peru and unable to make phone calls. We organised everything via WhatsApp and he went to inspect the very next day. K. B.I HIGHLY recommend this service! Here's details about my experience. I live in West London and used this service for mouse proofing about six weeks ago. I've lived in my flat for a year and a half, and we've had recurring problems with mice, even long before I moved in. It's been a problem in our whole building in fact and we've tried lots of options including mouse traps. We've finally tried mouse proofing, and it's been amazing. We haven't seen any occurrence of mice since Zap'em came. I did a TON of research on options and requested quotes from 11 services including Environ Pest, Inoculand, JG Pest Control etc. Some seemed very legitimate (and for me, results was the most important thing), but were either difficult to arrange viewings (most want to come and assess your flat before providing a specific quote) or else prohibitively expensive (one gave me an outrageous ballpark estimate of almost £1500). I started researching on Monday/Tuesday, and wanted someone to come on Saturday to actually do the mouse proofing. Zap'em was the only one that was willing to come for an estimate of work during the week (after work, so it was convenient), and then also do the proofing the same Saturday. The price was incredibly affordable and he did an amazing job. He found six holes, including in places I hadn't suspected at all (a few of which were littered with mouse droppings...ughhh). Then he used top of the line materials including steel wool (he uses an industrial strength that isn't commonly used by other pest control services) as well as foam, but just for cover up (because mice will chew through foam, so you're not supposed to only use that). On top of that, he came back for a follow up to see if there was any sign of mice. If you need a fast, good, and affordable service, Zapem is the way to go!
