Job visit reference 378412 We’ve had two visits from JG Pest control to manage our ant problem and have found them reliable and efficient. They turned up when they said they would, explained clearly the process they would follow, and there was no issue with the 2nd visit which was free of charge 3 weeks after the 1st visit as the problem had not been resolved It looks like the issue may now be resolved but if that proves not to be the case then would use the Company again

Job Visit Reference: 268289 Highly recommend JG Pest Control. Found online and was the best price around. We used this company following hearing what sounded like a rat in our attic. I emailed late at night and recieved a response early the following morning, they arranged to come straight out to investigate and commenced treatment. I contacted again after the first visit as I was worried the rat was still alive, they were extremely helpful and arranged the 2nd visit quickly. 3rd Visit to ensure the issue was resolved and ensured the entry point was sealed up to stop it reoccurring. W317533 - The person attending the visit was polite and explained everything in detail. The issue I had was that they could not do anything about the honey bees that were finding their way into the property. I was thus charged £120 + VAT for nothing. I had to get a local bee keeper to fix the issue. I am sure JG Pest Control would have done a good job but they shoud have asked more questions about what the insects were. Apparently they cannot do anything with honey bees which I would have thought is a question that should have been asked by the call handler. It will not stop me using JG Pest Control again should I have issues with pests they can deal with.

I have had problems with a mole in the garden for about 3 years hoping it would go away. Just about got to the end or our tether as constant erupting mole hills every day. Phoned JG Pest Control and they sent out a technician the following day. The mole was caught withing two days. They came and retrieved the traps, unfortunately we got a new mole the next day, they immediately came back and this mole must have been caught within 48 hours. Happily mole free at present.
