From the moment I first called Graham to ask for help, it only took a day or so to identify the pest (Grain Weevil), attend our home, discover source of activity and eradicate. I cannot praise this Company enough for their knowledge led approach, professionalism and effective operation. Most highly recommended. Many thanks to Graham and Duane.

I made contact and the tradesperson called me back same day. I was concerned when I saw the nest as my son has allergies and has anaphylaxis, he has never been stung before so I didn't know if it would make him have a reaction hence why I needed it sorting. The tradesperson came out same day and sorted it for me which was amazing. He advised us to close all windows and doors as once he sorted it the wasps would be really angry he also advised my neighbour He contacted me two days later as promised to check there were still no wasps . Such a reliable, prompt, professional. Would recommend.

Excellent service. Can’t recommend highly enough. Graham is extremely professional and knowledgeable, reliable, punctual and a very nice gentleman. The job was to remove rodents from under the floorboards which was not a nice task, but he did it admirably and as he described in his very detailed estimate. In fact I chose Graham because of his nice personality and demeanour, and the detail of his estimate. One of his competitors’ quotes was pitiful in comparison basically saying they would just remove the rodents. Not explaining how, or the process, which when it is such an upheaval in your home, is important. So far so good with the procedure. Still more to be done, but I am very happy indeed with Graham’s help and service. Excellent work. 5 star.

Imagine my horror when on returning home I encountered a large aggressive rat. The thing must have had rabies or something because it came straight for me and I was only saved because a passing sea gull landed on the ground next to me and the rat went after that instead. After that close shave I contacted Graham immediately who very promptly came and fixed the problem.

We discovered a rodent issue in our poultry run , a less abled blind bird had been attacked , we gave Graham a call as he was recommended to us and explained the situation over the phone , he arrived on time and with all the necessary kit , we agreed a timeline to revisit which he did again on time as agreed , the issue has been resolved should it arise again I wouldn't hesitate to contact him and recommend him , good advice was given in a comprehendible friendly manner Thanks again Graham 👍
