We had a huge hornet nest in a difficult-to-reach spot. Apex Pest Control came out the next day after I called. Our tech was fantastic! So kind and helpful. He kindly answered my sons' numerous inquiries on hornet life cycles and other topics. There hasn't been any activity in the nest since he removed and treated it a few days ago. I am overjoyed. Incredible tech. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

What a great experience and a pleasure to deal with. Phoned with a bee problem and left a message on the answerphone. Tom rang back within two minutes and offered plenty of great advice with no pressure to turn out to assist. As a result of how he came across he was employed to tackle the problem. Arrangements were made to attend and confirmed via text re arrival. Phone called 30 minutes before to confirm time of arrival. Upon arrival, he fully explained what he was going to do and made sure I was aware that if the solution didn't work the first time, I could get him back to deal again. Just as the advice given, the problem disappeared and now bee free. Why cant all companies be like this? Ring to confirm arrival times and actually turn up on time! If you are very lucky you also get to meet Teddy, his dog and passenger in his van. Thank you so much Tom, will definitely use you again and cannot recommend enough.

Very professional and knowledgable. Visits were really informative and did a good job of helping me understand how to tackle rodent problems. Importantly it does seem that Apex have resolved a long standing rodent problem in this building.
