Amazing service from start to finish! Plenty appointments to book online or they happily take walk-ins on the day. The lady serving us was so helpful, friendly and personable and helped make the best of a rubbish thing! Results arrived earlier than expected. We did our rest at 10am and results were back before midnight that same day. Thank you for great customer service!

Excellent service provided by Asha today as I was struggling to find a govt approved PCR test (with fit to fly) service for my father as the Goldharts staff member was on leave. Asha kindly gave me a number for Optimize Body and Mind in Luton and the test has now been booked in. Govt advice is confusing but Asha was amazing and provided as much information as possible and even gave me a number to call for Optimize - Hope Optimize can give as good a service as Goldharts as their service is exemplary.

I needed to get a covid test last minute so I called Goldharts Pharmacy and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who booked a test for me. When I got the there, the pharmacist went above and beyond to make sure that I’d get my covid test result on time (my flight was in 2 days time, it was a very short time frame). I’d definitely recommend this pharmacy as the service is 10/10 and the staff go out of their way to make sure that they meet the needs of their customers !!!

I needed to get a pcr test for fit to fly. I phoned up to book an appointment and staff explained that I should have been there earlier in the day to make the 72 hour window. I was told to make my way there immediately which I did. Rinesh ( who took the sample ) explained the procedure and how to fill in the forms. All through out he was extremely helpful and very professional. The only negative point which is minor, I wish that I had been informed that I needed to have my passport number to fill in the forms when I phoned up. Upon my arrival Rinesh explained how to update the forms as I didn't have my passport number. The test was £169. Overall I would use and I will be recommending Rinesh, his staff and chemist to others who need a fit to fly certificate. Thank you all and stay safe

I had been to various chemists and all of them were not able to help locate my medication for me. I explained this to the pharmacist and she went out of her way to phone up a few other pharmacies to find my medicines. She said that she would arrange for the items to be collected from other pharmacy and that it will ready to collect the same afternoon. I was so relieved and would definitely recommend Goldharts Pharmacy as they really showed they cared. AC.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 10yrs and would not dream of going anywhere else! Although compared to boots it is a relatively small pharmacy, there is no comparison in the way that they all care about your welfare. I suffer from severe mental health issues and even though I was under the'CRISIS' team, I received more love and support from this place. I have a regular prescription that is supposed to be sent electronically every 2 weeks and this includes medication for severe epilepsy but there is always an issue and often the surgery shows no sympathy but the pharmacist here is willing to fight in my corner and will not give up until my medication is ready, in fact one time they argued all day and then drove to my flat to deliver it. I cannot praise this place enough as they genuinely care about you as a human being and will go out of their way to support and help you whether that is advice on medication or a smile and time to chat and listen to what you have to say. Without being dramatic, I know that without their support for the last few months,(as well as obviously my partner and parents) I would not be alive as the CMHT do not care about you Sorry this was a longer review than original but it is because I know that this group of amazing people do not get the recognition that they should and I know that you would not get the same love and attention from a bigger pharmacy like Boots or others!❣️❣️
