After leaving my regular prescription with them for seven days, I was disappointed to find that my insulin had not been ordered for me. Meaning yet another visit has to be done

There are some lovely staff here and since moving over to day Lewis from boots they have been 5*. That being said 2 staff members have spoken to me in a very unnecessary way. We moved to delivery due to a family member being clinically vulnerable, put all prescriptions in at the same time but had issues getting hold of all medicines so had no choice but to visit. Its not my fault you didn't have it in stock

The staff here have been lovely and really helpful but it needs to be said that I don't appreciate the tone used by a member of staff i have not dealt with before.... I didnt hear they had called me into the store from outside. With posters covering the door obstructing the view, face coverings obviously being used and the loud sound of continuous traffic outside. Having gone without medication and phoning regarding when it would be in stock, I felt like I was being a burden if I'm honest especially as when the medication i was owed was finally located in store, I was told it was under delivery and I should of informed them.... yes it was but having run out and delivery being monthly when 2+ prescriptions per household are in, I couldn't wait so had to go to store. I really wish I had the guts to tell them there and then how they had made me feel.... anxiety stopped me, first time I've had the courage to go there (outdoors) in weeks & weeks. Could of done with a better experience. Thank you for all the hard work from the other ladies though

The team here are the most pleasant and helpful people out of all the chemists in Colchester. Unfortunately my wife and me have to use their service on a regular basis and for some obscure medicines from time to time. Nothing is too much bother for them. Fast express delivery of non #tock items every time 👍👍👍

Very friendly staff, very efficient with electronic prescriptions. The pharmacist came & had a chat with me to check I was OK with the medication I take & wasn't experiencing side effects etc. They can get busy but I try to avoid peak times so I rarely have to wait for too long
