Usually l get excellent service here but today was a disaster. I called in at lunchtime to collect one item and was told it was ready. But the staff couldn't seem to find the item and l was waiting ages. When l enquired l was asked to come back later and collect it and it would be ready but when l returned it was still not ready and l waited another 20 minutes not knowing what was happening. Plenty of staff so not short. Very disappointing

Over the past few months I have had an amazing experience with this pharmacy. Absolutely no faults at all. There is one lady in particular who has gone above and beyond for my mum who is extremely ill and unable to fulfill most aspects of care independently. I think this lady is called Natasha and she really has done everything she possibly can to help which has really relaxed me knowing that medication is sent on time and accurately. As well as this, the gentleman who deliver her medications (not sure of his name) is really friendly and understand that my mum is unable to reach onto the floor to pick up medication deliveries. Finally, a gentleman I believe is called Hugo gave possibly best and most relaxed flu jab I've ever had! Quick, painless and again so friendly!

Went for my Covid-19 vaccination yesterday and was very impressed with the efficiency, professionalism, and friendliness of all the staff involved with the process. Very speedy and I thoroughly recommend the team here.

Great staff and reliable service. The management has changed and improvement is happening. It is a shame that this pharmacy hasn't been run properly before and hence all the negative reviews. It would be so much easier to use this attached pharmacy rather than travelling to town for medicines. Plus they have long opening hours which is handy. Keep it up.

Dramatic improvement after new owners took over. They were able to sort out an alternative for my prescription very quickly due to the close link with the surgery. Would recommend!

They were great this morning, I went in a usual to collect my monthly medication and also was told that they should be able to look at a sore throat. They took me in the consultation room and looked, they told what was up and told the staff behind the counter what to give me and try it for a week if it doesn't improve go to the doctors.

Think it's got quite expensive to other pharmacys. Your not overly made to feel welcome. It's got a little bit of everything . U can even grab a chocolate or drink too.
